+The bed was comfortable.
−You had to hold the shower and couldn't use the bath. The boiler was regularly leaking onto the bathroom floor, causing it to smell. The washing machine made a lot of noise and was small.

“Our stay was comfortable, convenient, and very enjoyable.”
+We liked the room because it was spacious, well-organized, and the kitchen was equipped with utensils. The bed was comfortable, and we rested well. The area is very quiet, and we didn’t have any problems. The apartment is located very close to the SPAR supermarket, where you can quickly do your shopping, and it’s also near the Mammut Mall, which is a big plus. Sometimes water would drip from a hose in the bathroom, but it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, we appreciated the amenities and felt that the apartment offers very good value for money. The Wi-Fi was excellent. It was very easy to find the accommodation, and it was close to public transport. It also has a washing machine, but keep in mind that it is small and can only fit a few clothes at a time. The room heats up quickly thanks to a radiator placed under the window, which worked very well. Only the cleanliness needs a little improvement.
−The only thing that could be improved is cleanliness,it could use a bit more attention. Everything else was great. We looked at the reviews beforehand, and we encountered some of the same issues ourselves. For example, the dust near the windows wasn’t wiped, and there were some cobwebs. If more attention were paid to cleanliness, it would be perfect.

“Great studio with a few nuances”
+Good size apartment with washing machine, dishwasher and lots of kitchen appliances. The location is around 10 minutes walking from the nearest tram stop. Communication with the host was easy and they did send several emails to make sure that the check-in is going smoothly.
−Unfortunately, there is inadequate light blocking in the flat and the walls are thin so neighbours can be heard. Eye mask and earplugs are a must if you are sensitive to such matters.

“A wonderful and warm autumn in Budapest”
+The apartment was in a great location for public transport and Millenáris Park. The room was well-arranged and had a very pleasant style. The bed and bedding were new and clean. Plus, the additional appliances,a washing machine and an oven,were ideal for a family visit to Budapest. I am very pleased with the apartment!

−We stayed here for one week, and unfortunately the cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. There was dust everywhere, and we found hair on multiple surfaces when we arrived. The apartment was so dirty that we had to vacuum and mop the floors ourselves before we could settle in. Since we were staying for a week, we didn't want to spend our vacation living in an unclean apartment.

−Sajnos a víznyomás még mindig nem jó pedig legutóbbi alkalommal mikor voltunk megszerelték.Sajnos az árammal is gondok voltak.Ha a mosógépet vagy a mosogatógépet bekapcsoltam lecsapta az áramot..😔
