“Budapest”
+The location was perfect for us. It is adjacent to restaurants and shops yet on a private courtyard that is quiet and pleasant. Just a short walk to the heart of Pest. The staff was wonderful to work with.
−The shower is not American style but it is fine.

−Fake address and fake phone number. After we went to the advertised address, we were told our accomodation was actually located opposite the loudest ruin pub in Budapest. We refused to agree to the alternative accomodation as it would have been unbearable with a baby. The host then reported we had not shown up. In other words, she claimed that we were a no show-up even though she expected us to go to a different property. The phone number provided in the listing belongs to a person who stopped working for the host months ago. When we contacted the host to request a refund because this was not the accomodation we had booked, she did not show the slightest understanding of our situtation, instead she boasted about amazing her reviews are. She did not even refund the VAT and the city tax that she is legally obliged to refund in this situation. If you are looking for a peaceful and restful stay, avoid this listing at all costs. The most unscrupulous host we've ever encountered.

“Definitely a place to stay for my next visit.”
+A perfect place to stay. All the amenities are available as described. It’s right the opposite of the famous ruined bar. I didn’t expect the location would be that great. Even though the apartment locates at the busiest street of Budapest, we did not hear any noise. So good to sleep at night. Spacious apartment.
−A small problem with the door lock as the key didn’t go in as smooth as it should be. I informed to the host and hopefully she has already fixed the problem.

“Cute apartment great location.”
+We did feel safe here, and the apartment itself is cute and comfortable. We also really appreciated the host meeting us after normal check-in hours, even though there was an additional €30 fee. We loved that the house was in the center and we could walk everywhere easily.
−There were a couple of issues that made our stay difficult. The water heater in the master bathroom was extremely loud and sounded like a never-ending moped running in the house, which made it impossible to sleep. The bed slats were also a major issue. They would fall out if you even slightly moved or sat on the bed, loudly hitting the wooden floor. This happened several times and even scared us awake while we were sleeping. The beds had huge dips in them. Lastly it was missing little touches like having 3 sorting trash bins but providing only 1 trash bag for our whole stay.

−Arredamento BASIC e la dotazione di asciugamani unica per 7 giorni. Sollecitato il cambio arrivato solo dopo 3 giorni. Dotazione di stoviglie molto scarsa impossibile usufruire di lavapiatti. Internet e wifi non funzionante.

+La localización, puedes ir andando a cualquier parte. Nos tocó el apartamento en el barrio judío pero al ser en una planta alta y con buenas ventanas no se escuchaba la fiesta de la calle. El apartamento tiene un aseo y un baño completo, que hace más comoda la estancia para 4 personas. Estaba limpio y parecía nuevo. La entrada, como en muchos edificios de Budapest, es muy vieja y está mal cuidada, pero tiene ascensor.
−No tiene casi platos, ni cubiertos. No tenía vasos para 4 personas. Básicamente con lo que hay en el apartamento no pueden comer 4 personas, tienes que compartir. El aseo tiene un lavabo muy pequeño y se sale el agua con poco que hagas, así que estaría bien indicar donde está la fregona. Los colchones de las camas eran poco cómodos pero bien para 4 días. No hay persianas en una de las habitaciones y en otra que es abierta entra mucha luz, así que o llevas antifaz o si te molesta la luz es dificil dormir.
