“Overall very comfortable stay.”
+The location is perfect, well connected with public transport and near to many things by walking distance, food, shops, cafes, the Danube. The parking spot is a big plus.
−There were some small or minor things that were not ok: the hair dryer does not work, there was only one fork, and there is extensive water damage on the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom.

“Sleepless nights”
−Noisy, people talking loud late at night from the balcony. Pillows very hard, got a stiff neck from it, when I asked if it was possible to get softer pillows I got an answer late at night which was “those are the only ones we have “…. Very nice support there… Also the TV was not working, they said that they would come the same day we left…. Very useful 👍🏻

“Good enough, could improve”
+Great central location, whilst managing to be a very very quite apartment. Good value for money, but certain things definitely could be improved. The check in was simple, and the code entrance is very convenient. Air conditioner works well. The necessary facilities are all in place and a parking for a car free of charge is also a very big plus.
−The images are a big outdated, the bed was way too hard for a good night's sleep, pillows too - quite uncomfortable. Paper thin towels and not generous in size either. Few kitchen utensils and few of them were dirty from previous guests. The safe is in the room, but isn't attached to anything and can just easily be taken out. The bathroom has no ventilation, leaving steam and odors inside. Lacking some storage options for clothes like a small cabinet.

−Communication with the apartment staff was terrible. Before check-in, they kept sending us automated messages and photos as reference for where the apartment was and how to open the doors, but they forgot the most important thing: giving us the access code for the apartment's main door. Of course, we couldn't get in before check-in time, and they didn't answer any of our questions about what we could do with our luggage , we asked them for a recommendation of somewhere nearby where we could leave it, página, but they ignored us and gave us no help at all, just kept sending the same photos over and over again. When check-in time came, at 3pm, we still didn't have the entry code. We called them and no one picked up. We messaged them and got no reply whatsoever. Desperate, we tried to find help outside the apartment, but of course no one knew anything. Finally, they answered the phone and told me I was lying, and that they had sent me the entry code. Hours later, they realized their mistake and sent me a message apologizing , but by then we had already lost the entire morning and afternoon. A total disaster.

“Wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage in Budapest.”
+Die Lage war einfach top. Wesentliche Metrostationen waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem zahlreiche Möglichkeiten Getränke und Lebensmittel zu kaufen. Direkt an der Unterkunft gab es auch ein veganes Restaurant. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Auf dem Balkon gab es eine schöne Sitzgruppe, wo wir gut geschützt sitzen konnten. Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mikrowelle waren vorhanden. Außerdem war ausreichend Toilettenpapier vor Ort und die Toilette und das Badezimmer waren separat.
−Der Föhn hat nicht funktioniert. Glücklicherweise hatten wir einen eigenen dabei. Wir sind beide Frauen mit langen Haaren . Am Abend der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass für jeden von uns nur ein dünnes Duschhandtuch bereitgelegt war. Wir fragten freundlich beim Gastgeber an, ob wir noch Handtücher bekommen könnten. Unsere Anfrage wurde ignoriert! Genauso erkundigten wir uns zwei Tage später beim Gastgeber nach einem Taxi, dass uns bei der Rückreise zum Flughafen bringen sollte. Auch darauf bekamen wir keine zufriedenstellende Antwort. Sehr schade. Zuletzt müssen wir noch anmerken, dass bei einer Heizung der Temperaturregler fehlte. Die Heizung ballerte ununterbrochen. Daher war es sehr sehr warm in der Wohnung.

+Местоположение супер. Хозяин специфический, заранее просите код от дверей,нам завтыкал скинуть и мин 40 стояли под дверью в ожидании что он возьмёт трубку. С паркингом квест, тут очень все внимательно, 220 место это ещё тот лабиринт, но самое главное карточка на паркинг находится в номере, сначала нужно где-то запарковаться что есть нереально, потом попасть в номер взять карточку и потом уже заезжать в паркинг, где нужно не про..бать и отбиться этой карточкой, как пей пасом, а не нажать кнопку открытия шлагбаума,тут очень внимательно иначе заплатите при выезде за парковку,не смотря что у вас есть бесплатное паркоместо. Локация супер, все рядом. Квартира средняя. И диван в комнате максимально неудобный.

−직원 답변이 선택적으로 매우 느림. 체크인 문의는 바로 해줬으면서 마지막날 짐들을 킵할 수 있냐는 문의에 답변을 받기까지는 이틀이 걸림. 이것도 중간에 계속 문의를 넣었지만 답이 없었고 결국 안된다는 답이었음. 불가능 여부가 정해져 있는 상황이면 빨리 말을 해주면 다른 대안을 찾을 시간을 확보할 수 있었을텐데 체크인 전날 밤에 알려줌. 이 점이 매우 아쉬움. 침구가 딱딱해서 불편함. 베개없이 잠. 에어비엔비느낌이라 짐보관 안됨.

“Θα το ξαναδιαλέγαμε!!😊”
+Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία!!!Πολύ ασφαλής, πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα κεντρικά σημεία, όπως και στην στάση του λεωφορείου που πήραμε από το αεροδρόμιο και σε στάση μετρό! Το δωμάτιο εξαιρετικό, ζεστό, καθαρό, φωτεινό, καλόγουστο, εξοπλισμένο και άνετο σε χώρους.Για 4μελή οικογένεια, σαν εμάς, ήταν ιδανικό. Value for money! ✌️ Θα το ξαναδιαλέγαμε!
−Το μόνο που θα μπορούσα να πω στα αρνητικά ήταν κάποια υγρασία που υπήρχε σε μια γωνία του τοίχου, χωρίς όμως να συνοδεύεται από κάποια ενοχλητική μυρωδιά. Επίσης, ενώ είχε τα πάντα σε αξεσουάρ, δεν λειτουργούσε το πιστολάκι μαλλιών. Αυτά τα δύο στοιχεία όμως δεν μειώνουν το ότι μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
