+Th apartment was in a good location walking distance to restaurants and bars and easy access to the center. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. The negative side is that the bathroom is flooding every time we take a shower. And a lot of moisture and mold.

“PERFECT LOCATION”
+We chose this apartment for its close proximity to the Attica Eye Institute where I had to go for daily checkups. We were so pleased with the area as there were many places to eat & a variety of choices, none of which disappointed. Also 2 x minimarkets close by with friendly staff. The apartment had everything we needed and the area felt safe and friendly.
−I can't think of anything we didn't like but then we did lots of research before choosing.

+I stayed here in Sep25 to be near the conference centre (5-10mins walk). The street outside the apartment does not look very pretty, but the apartment itself was great; looking exactly like the photos on Expedia. The apartment is quiet and well furnished with a really good kitchen. The Wifi and aircon work well, the bed was comfortable and there is a balcony for having breakfast or a drink. The bathroom and kotchen was very modern and everything was very clean There are bars, restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away and Athens centre was easily and quickly accessible by Uber or public transport.

“Enjoyed it and would go back, small amendments however would have made our stay excellent”
+Good location, nice space, comfortable and clean.
−Fall asleep on the sofa for a few hours and woke up with dust mites bites, probably needs some cleaning.

“Great manager, comfortable and clean apartment, amenities very close by, everything you need.”
+Dora the manager was superb and very easy to work with. We were a late arrival and Yanni met us past midnight to let us in, give us our key and give us information about the area. Both couldn't have been more helpful. My husband was scheduled for a heart procedure at Ippokrateio General Hospital, and the apartment was a minute walk away. So easy. I could go back and forth to cook, wash clothes and take care of him. When I wasn't sure how long we would need the apartment, Dora told me not to worry, she would work with me so I would not have to move. So compassionate! I highly recommend this place!!
