“Great modern apartment in a good location.”
+Modern building, great facilities, kind and helpful staff and good amenities such as a washing machine to use free of charge etc. location is very good, easy access to all parts of Cairo. Area is also very safe and walkable with security/police presence. The food court has 2 different restaurants, a café, and a convenience store and you get 15% off when staying in Iconia Lemon Spaces. Overall, a great property to stay in whilst visiting Cairo. Highly recommended

+The apartement was very big and confortable with all equipments needed. The pool was very nice and the courtyard with restaurant also very nice. We enjoyed the area of Zamalek, the position of the hotel is very convenient to all the places and restaurants. It is walking distance to the Nile with restaurants and bar.
−I would recommend to send the cleaning service every day for long staying.

“Poor service, lack of basic amenities, and zero follow-up from management , a disappointing experience from start to fin”
−A very disappointing experience from start to finish. We made a reservation for three people, but when we arrived at the room, we were told that the third bed could not be set up because it was already late. There were also not enough towels for three guests. When we contacted the night staff to try to resolve the situation, the employee simply said that it was “not his problem” and that there was nothing he could do. The Wi-Fi was also not working, and this was not resolved either. The following day, the hotel managers contacted us and offered a late check-out or a discount as compensation for the problems we had experienced. We then discussed a possible content collaboration with the hotel, and they agreed to it and provided us with the contact details of the person responsible. We contacted them as instructed and then received absolutely no response. What was most disappointing was not only the problems with the room, but the complete lack of care and professionalism in dealing with them. Even when the hotel itself offered compensation and agreed to continue the conversation, they simply stopped responding. We gave the hotel several opportunities to handle the situation properly
