−It was very difficult to get hold of the person in charge of House issues we had to eat our breakfast very late as we struggled operating the gas stove

+Close to beach. Secure and spacious
−Place was not cleaned adequately prior to our arrival. Floors had muddy marks all over the kitchen. Did complain on the contact no. Said would look into it but received no feedback. Stove worked and I'm used to cooking on a gas stove but this flame was not blue and it was too high even on lowest setting. Shower panel in main bedroom did not work well. Water came out of every opening at the same time and could not be adjusted. Aircons didn't work. Dining chairs were in serious need of replacement. They were the Cane type and all the seats were sunken in.

−No bath towels,no lock keys as we were couples needs bedrooms privacy also need bathroom privacy,Aircon was not working and there was no extra fan,Ants are all over the house,no dish cloths,no refused bags,no one showed us dumping area,no toilet spray,no room no on the door we ended up lost and called emergency no,we ended up using more money to buy some stuff and no one told us to bring our Ironing board as there was no available also no one told us to bring our bath towels also our refused bags.. we ended up buying spray for Ants also stayed 2 full night's without bedrooms not being locked with the heat inside Every thing was a mess even the deep freezer was not freezing our stuff with un ironed clothes, worse part we were busy chasing out Cats wants to come inside the house.. Location was good but the appatment was bad even the taggs were not working on swimming pool side unable to swim Boulevard 14 has totally failed our intentions because we're booked for holiday being away from our homes and rest.. how can you buy Bath towels while you on holiday resort also all these stuff I've mentioned worse without doors being locked, how about our privacy? I'll be glad if Boulevard would

“Good location, nice and spacious apartment”
+The location and security measures are up to a good standard. The apartment is so spacious, and my family and I loved it so much.
−The place wasn't very clean. Floors were sticky. Some beds had sand, and utensils and plates were dirty (not properly washed). They looked like they we rinsed just by water and packed away.
