“A nightmare.”
+Location.
−Host lied. Booked two apartments, Hairdryer was broken in one, air-con barely worked and very loud in both all which apparently she didn’t know about. No hot water first night in one room. Washing Machine was not in room as advertised but in another building and were told for our use only but every time we went to use someone else’s clothes in there. On day we left we got caught in big storm, a taxi was supposed to be booked and we arrived a few minutes before time to be told taxi had gone. Said she had rung twice and messaged which did not happen and if so she would have seen my message to say on the way. Told we would just have to walk as she couldn’t get another. Went to get bags which were stored in a room that had flooded. Nothing else on floor except our bags. Two guys were just standing in room doing nothing until they saw us then tried to sweep water out. No attempt made to get our bags out of water until we got to doorway. Everything soaked no apology host just turned and left. All our clothes wet. EarPods, makeup, journals and camera equipment damaged or ruined. My husband got us a car in 5 minutes. So much for no taxi’s. Would completely avoid this complex and stay elsew

−Hated the very very narrow stairs up to the bedroom. If we had known this in advance we would not have booked here
