“Acceptable.”
+Florina was a very friendly, pleasant and approachable person. Our interactions took place over the phone, and she was always cheerful, polite and warm. She had a lovely manner, a positive attitude and made every conversation enjoyable. She kindly allowed us to check out late, at 4:30 p.m., which made the price feel a little more reasonable. However, despite this gesture, the neighbourhood and the apartment itself do not really justify the price being charged. Overall, it is still overpriced for what it offers.
−There is a room with no windows or natural light, which faces directly onto the building's corridor. As a result, it offers very little privacy and can be quite noisy due to people walking and talking in the hallway.

“Perfect for a small family stay in Napoli.”
+Spacious and ideal for us as a family with a 1 year old. Close to the train station and in walking distance to tram or metro to explore Napoli. Nice with a peaceful terrace in the city. Good communication with the host who was very helpful with our questions.

“Good choice for an inexpensive, spacious 2 bedroom place in Naples”
+Large , clean, functional two-bedroom apartment in a rund-down building from 1960-ies located in a poor but vibrant neighborhood. Vast bathroom with bathtub, coffeemaker, well-appointed kitchen and free street parking were all to be liked. There is also a supermarket and three hairdressers within 3min. walking distance. The center could be reached by foot (~15min) or by tram. The host was very nice and professional.
−The bedsheet was not fixed but loosely thrown over a plasticized mattress and so it tended to roll and expose the mattress below during the night. The soap container by the bathtub was not filled.

+Locația e foarte aproape de centrul istoric,
−dar din păcate strada unde este apartamentul este foarte murdară , sunt efectiv mormane de gunoi in jurul tomberoanelor. Cel mai deranjant e ca nu se poate parca in siguranță pe stradă si trebuie sa parchezi într-un loc privat unde plătești alți 35 de euro pe zi. Apartamentul pe booking apare de 4 stele, dar nu e. Așternuturile au fost curate, aerul condiționat a funcționat bine dar cam atât au fost lucrurile bune, baia nu e ce trebuie, e cu cada nu cu duș, faci greu duș seara fara sa umpli toată baia de apă.

−Purtroppo la zona non è un granché e uscire di sera da sole delle ragazze non è il massimo. Vicinato molto rumoroso. Cuscini un po' troppo alti.

+Üsna vanalinna lähedal, jalutada polnud kaugele vaja. Suur pood lähedal, parkimine lähedal, kohvil lähedal kust hommikuks saiakesi osta. Suur rõdu c.a 15-20 m². Majutaja vastas kiirelt küsimustele ja andis soovitusi.
−Napoli linn ise metsikult must, palju kodutuid.

+Proximité de la gare. Gentillesse dans les contacts et excellente réactivité de l'hôte par messagerie et visio whatsapp lors de l'entrée. Propreté. Dosettes de café, snacks et boissons offerts. Savon, liquide vaisselle, sacs poubelle, papier toilette en quantité suffisante.
−Un des 2 lits moyennement confortable. Peu de lumière naturelle. On aurait apprécié des verres pour le vin. Une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre, il faut laisser la porte ouverte le jour pour l'aérer, mais c'est peu gênant.
