“Small apartment in a good location”
+The apartment is in a good location, situated just outside the city walls. It is a pleasant walk into the city centre. There is a supermarket close by with a good range of products. Bus # 32 & 33 go to and from the station. There is no bus 32 leaving from the station on a Sunday, yet you can get to the station. Interesting. Your stop is San Vitale.
−The imaginary washing machine! It is front and centre in the photographs so imagine my surprise when I found two buckets in the cupboard instead! It is very misleading. Please remove that photograph from your site. For anyone caught out as we were, there is a laundromat around the corner.

+The appartment was clean, comfortable and convenient for a week of work at Bologna. Small details like coffee capsules and breakfast biscuits were highly appreciated the first day of stay. The check-in was easy and the owner was available any time it was needed.

“Small, but tidy and clean”
+The flat is in an old building very close to the centre, but the interior is clean, bright and cheerful. There is a dedicate parking space. We never saw the host, but she was very helpful via WhatsApp.
−There is no point complaining about the drawbacks we already knew about from other reviews: - the bathroom is minuscule: don’t expect to be able to sit on the toilet is you are over 155 cm tall - The kitchen utensils are very limited. But who needs to cook with so many excellent restaurants and take away shops close nearby?

“Great accomodation within walking distance of the city centre.”
+The accommodation is just outside the main city centre and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The walk into beautiful Bologna was flat and easy and the free car parking a bonus if you’re travelling by car.
−Bathroom a little on the small side but has everything you need.

+Location and staff friendliness, they even offered us bikes and locks to go to the old city!

+La décoration, la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui ns a fait un petit cadeau impromptu, le confort de la literie, l emplacement au calme avec place de parking dédié tout en étant proche de la zone historique à pied. L appartement était très propre et facile d accès grâce aux indications très précises.
−La disposition de la salle de bain un peu exigüe rendant son usage particulier même si nous avons apprécié le clin d œil de la Linea sur la porte 🙃
