“Hot and fraudulent.”
+It was in Rome, that much was true.
−We were charged twice, when I told them they asked for my name as if it wasnt on my reservation and account and card. I've never talked to the same person twice and they are disorganized but they had to know the same person was charged the same amount the same day. Reported for fraud. Apartment has no AC, but does contain broken fan and windows, so if you stay probably want to invest in your own fan. They claim it is "historic" but oddly every other place in Rome now has AC, which includes the Vatican. Shower doesn't drain (yay foot fungus) freezer smells like a corpse, and bogus charge out for 80$ "final cleaning" but you have to take the trash out yourself (hate to know what they charge for that). It encouraged us to see the city, because the room was unbearably hot until 10pm.

“I would not stay here for free! Hot, miserable, and uncomfortable.”
+Nothing to like, except the host was friendly and came to open the apartment and collect the city tax.
−There is no air conditioning! The apartment is located on the 4th floor, without a lift (elevator) in the building. We are an older couple, 62 and 74 years old. The stair case is very narrow, the steps are small and it’s very difficult to carry luggage all the way up. The neighbour’s dog kept barking reducing our ability to sleep in a hot, baking room that felt like an oven. There was a floor fan, that moved the hot air around the room. We had to open windows to increase the air flow. The windows do not have a mosquito net, and we got bitten by bugs and mosquitos every night. On our last night, a stray cat jumped into the apartment through the window, making noises and running around the apartment.

+Dobra lokalizacja. Łatwy kontakt z gospodarzem apartamentu.
−Apartament był nie posprzątany, dużo kurzu. W łazience kran przy wannie był popsuty, woda lała się naokoło, ciekła z kranu i prysznica. Standard apartamentu oceniam jako średni. Na booking.com nie bylo informacji że apartament jest na 3 piętrze w wąskiej, wysokiej kamienicy.

−Los colchones sobretodo el del sofá cama, es q no se le puede llamar colchón dado q es muy fino y se clavan todos los muelles del sofá, necesita un cambio urgentemente, es muy oscuro, falta luz, no estaba limpio

−Entiendo que al ser un edificio antiguo no tenga ascensor... por nuestra parte nada más. Volvería allí si tuviera que regresar.
