“The perfect place to stay in Florence”
+We absolutely loved our stay at Boldini. Marco is an exceptional host, reponds promptly and made sure we felt at home and looked after for our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed with plenty of space. The location is also wonderful and easy to get everywhere. The pictures don't do the place justice, the ceilings and bathroom in particular are lovely. The perfect place to stay in Florence! Again, Marco was an amazing and friendly host and we would love to stay here again one day.
−Nothing- everything was really great! A small note is that there is a damage deposit of $200 euros in cash at check-in which is returned to you at the end of the stay to help maintain this beautiful apartment.

−It was pretty noisy- however the location made up for that. Bathroom drains were smelly - need to run the shower & flush both the toilet amd bidet

+If you are not concerned about the issues listed in cons, the apartment is very clean and in a good location. The city itself is beautiful, so you are likely to have an amazing time exploring it.
−Upon arrival, I was surprised to find an audio and video recording device inside the apartment, strategically placed near the bathroom. You should request the immediate removal of any recording devices located anywhere inside the apartment. The placement of such devices indoors is strictly regulated by Italian law, particularly under GDPR, as well as by booking platform policies. Do not compromise your privacy, as it is a serious matter. This is especially important if you are traveling with minors, as ensuring their privacy is your responsibility. If the issue cannot be resolved through direct communication with the host, document the situation thoroughly. This includes noting the placement of the recording device and any relevant feedback from other guests. “The Boldini made our holiday in Florence very comfortable even through the heatwave !”
+Located in the old historic town . Property had very thick walls and shutters that kept out the heat and any external noise . Absolutely immaculate inside and so very well Presented with the art and furnishings. Marco seemed like a good friend from start to finish whilst keeping his professional head about him explaining about everything in the apartment and top tips on restaurants etc. The towels were white and soft ! The bedding white and comfortable, all very clean . Kitchen , dishwasher therefore everything was squeaky clean and sparkling .

+What a real gem. This apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully decorated with everything you could possible need and more. Marco was so attentive and was there when we checked in to show us how to use everything, which was very helpful. He had lots of recommendations for us and was available for any questions we had. I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment. The location was perfect for walking into Florence centre and there was a bus stop right outside the apartment also. A+++

+Marco is an excellent owner, met us to explain everything, apartment is very centrally located, only 20 min walk from train station. Surrounded by lovely little wine bars & restaurants, Marco gave us great recommendations for food, Im still thinking about dinner in ZaZa's! Apartment itself is stunning inside and very secure.
−There is a bus stop right outside the window, so we didnt get as much sleep as we would have liked but that cannot be helped. We didnt use the kitchen much, and didnt feel as comfortable as we would have liked in this apartment, we were afraid to touch anything to be honest.

+The apartment was spacious located 10’ walk from most of the main squares and attractions. Very clean including all the required amenities. Attention to detail in every corner of the apartment. Marco is super informative and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay!

“Fantastic apartment stay.”
+Great host who communicated very well. Good sized apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Apartment kept well and is very clean. Nice decor throughout, and was a pleasure to stay here. Located about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and a 20 minute walk to the main train station. Bus stop right at front door of needed. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Florence.
−Apartment was on ground floor and was a little noisy with traffic and other guests staying on other levels.

+Beautifully decorated with great facilities. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom elegant. I truly felt like I was staying in classical Florence. Marco was very friendly and helpful.
