+Great location and the room had everything we needed.
−The shower water temperature was extremely inconsistent: the hot water only lasted for a few minutes, and most of the time the water was far too hot, making it impossible to shower comfortably. Additionally, the windows did not close properly so the room was cold.

“Disappointing process. the place may be great. I'd be careful about choosing this one.”
+I actually put in the wrong date on the reservation and never got to experience anything positive.
−I did not like how inflexible the host and system was. I accidentally made the reservation on the wrong day and tried to cancel is within 2 minutes. I was told that the policy did not allow for that and that the host would have to approve a refund. The host was not understanding of my simple mistake. While it Was my mistake, I would have thought that a real customer focused host would see a 2 minute cancellation as reasonable. Bob did not. I would not recommend a host that doesn't have any flexibility with simple mistakes. It just does not bode well. Red flag for sure.

“Excellent location with peace and tranquility among the boisterous street!”
+The unit which we stayed is nestled inside a courtyard away from the busy street. Peaceful and quiet. There are many trattorias just outside the street.

“Brilliant location, lovely clean apartment with no outside noise.”
+Great location and really easy access to the property without the need of a physical key. Very clean property and the beds were very comfortable. Great shower and bathroom facilities, same with the kitchen. Bob W were easy to contact, and they messaged to make sure we got there safe and were happy with everything.
−Storage in the room was limited and don't think there was a safe either. Some extra bathroom hooks would have been beneficial for hanging towels.

“Accomodation is falsely advertised and the quality is NOT as it seems in the photos, this provider is clearly just tryin”
+Location
−Cleanliness and maintenance issues. Property was not as advertised and did not match photos. Bathroom was run down with the vanity literally raped up with mismatched vinyl and shower is moudly in all corners. Random cupboard door missing from the kitchenette and front door catches on the swollen floorboard every time it opens.

+The location is ideal, you are just a few steps from Ponte Vecchio. Its a large apartment perfect for a few days, you can walk everywhere, it has everything you would need and the washer/dryer was great. They were responsive when we had any questions .
−Its very noisy , there isnt much they can do about that.it is single paned windows , Its a busy street and I am a light sleeper so I found it quite hard to sleep. But one night there was a machine running outside for an hour from 4am and I didnt sleep at all. If you can sleep with ear plugs, bring them. The apartment is a bit tired, scuffs on the walls, needs a repaint etc. These are things they couldn't fix when we were there but would help for future guests! The lift is really small, we mostly used the stairs!

“Great , fantastic spot and what a find .”
+What a find ! Fantastic spot, the apartment was huge especially when you think of the location. It was quiet, bed was excellent and just loved the vibe .
−There was nothing not to love … my only suggestion is to make the coffee pot for 2 people rather than one!
