“Nice stay - see ya again”
+All utensils,close to metro station,flat is nice looking and got all you need.
−Dirty terrace and some hair on the floor in bathroom. I needed some house flip flops or what ever considering thats there is no rug anywhere. Low water pressure and no necessary complicated to entry in the building and flat

+Very close to metro station. Clean apartment. Very close to cafes, bakeries, Lidl store. Bus stop to Ciampino airport 2 min walk. Apertment owner responds to questions and are very nice.
−Room temperature in the night was too high, but it was possible to change it. Low water pressure in the shower, because apartment is located in 7th floor

+The view from the terrace is very nice and private and the host was very responsive. Also we had coffee and tea in the morning and the subway station was at a one minute walk.
−It was generally clean, but the bathroom had mold in the corners and also on the shower cap and made it a bit uncomfortable to wash and when we entered the apartment, because of the scent.

“Decent location and apartment with very good communication and carrying owner”
+- The owner is really kind, helpful and responsive; - Access is flawless with good communication with the owner; - It is located in a peaceful location, outside the city center; - The location has a really good connection, both to Rome, Ciampino airport and Rome city center (in approx 20 min. You can reach all main attractions, using public transport). The metro station and bus station are just a few steps from the building entrance. - No "airport transfer" is needed. There is a regular bus line from/ to airport (line 520); - There are many shops, restaurants, bakeries, flower shop... Nearby. However, You have to check a little bit, because not all of them have good reviews; - It is close to CINECITA park and shopping center (10 min. Walk); - Suitable for family of max. 3 persons. - It has heating system and AC; - Has coffee machine ready, for 5-6 days of coffee, toaster, microwave owen; - Has basic cuttlery and potery, refrigerator, TV (not smart, cannot screencast). - It has Wifi; - No keys needed ( You can open building door and appartment door through internet (requires a phone with Data enabled); - It has a large balcony/ terrace, with tenda (for summer stays), and a barbecue;
−Prices in Rome are too high in general, but I still think it could be cheaper, because it is not in the center, and would also attract more families. There's not that much to see or do around. Since the apartment is located in an older building and on the top floor (7th floor), water pressure in the shower is really low, and water runs slowly, so it really takes time to shower. There was no shower gel or shampoo ( only hand soap).
