“Bad smell and dirt. Don’t make this mistake”
−The disgusting smell is the first thing that hits you the moment you walk in the apartment - a mix of dirt, dampness and mold. The odor was overwhelming and didn’t get better with time. Dirt and grime have clearly been accumulating for years, especially in the corners, around the furniture, in the bathroom and in places that obviously haven’t been properly cleaned for a very long time. Everything feels run-down and poorly maintained. It is really not what you expect paying 480 Euros for 2 nights for three persons. The walk to the city center and the beach is long and unpleasant, because the housing estate is surrounded by repair shops, industrial areas and a cemetery. The nice host and the tennis court are the only reasons, we give the apartment more than one star. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

+The apartment was very clean and everything had been freshly washed upon arrival. Host was very helpful and the check in process was easy. Towels, coffee and cleaning products were available. Location is great, quite a hilly walk but no problem for us. Easy access to the centre, ferry port and beach. Secure parking.

“Amazing stay!”
+The appartment was located in a nice, quiet, gated and family friendly area with a pool, tennis court and play area which our family really enjoyed. We received a warm welcome from Maddalena and she gave us really good tips about where to go in the area. The appartment was clean and had a lovely garden with fresh lemons. Our dog loved to chill in the garden. The appartment is just a 15min walk from the beach and the city center with lovely restaurants. The fireworks during the festivities where a big bonus, amazing!

“We had a great time!”
+We had a great time at Blue Garden. The apartment is in a fantastic location close to the center, train station and ferry. The apartment is part of a gated complex where off street parking is available. The garden was a nice area for our kids to spend time in. Maddalena is a fantastic host with great communication. The wifi, washing machine and wifi all work fantastic.
−The walls are very thin and you can hear noise from the hallway and other apartments

+Location is great, only 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes to the beach. In a verdant and quiet complex. The host, Maddalena was excellent and very accommodating. Garden was very nice.

+Location in Rapallo. Close to cable car, city center and train station. Free parking. Quiet area. Very friendly host!! We even had a visit of wild boars in the garden, which was pretty exiting.
−Beds need replacement! Swimming pool and tennis court is not included in price and not free to use. Pretty expensive for a whole family.

“Ottimo soggiorno”
+Appartamento silenzioso e pulito. Aria condizionata in due camere, perfetto per il mio soggiorno, faceva molto caldo in questi giorni. Ho usato il wi-fi per lavoro, connessione veloce. Maddalena gentile cordiale e sempre davvero molto disponibile. Sicuramente tornerò, grazie per l' ospitalità

“Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen!”
+Alles bestens. Maddalena war sehr freundlich, verlässlich und zuvorkommend. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Man kann sie jederzeit kontaktieren wenn es Fragen gibt. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.
−Der Pool ist sehr schön gelegen, nur ein paar Treppen nach unten. Man muss dort allerdings 4 Euro pro Person pro Halbtag bezahlen, aber dafür ist sehr wenig los. Das Appartment ist prinzipiell sehr gut gelegen in Rapallo, man ist auch schnell in der Stadt unten und beim Bahnhof, aber es geht doch ein Stück recht steil bergauf.
