“Huge, clean and well located apartment”
+It is a huge and very clean apartment with a long balcony into the courtyard and a smaller balcony at the front towards the sea, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes to the nearest beach in one direction and 5 minutes to the old town in the other direction. It's got a great kitchen and coffee machine and the shower is hot and powerful.
−It's not as soundproof as some apartments but with earplugs it was fine and a washing machine would be a good addition.

+Excellent instructions on arrival for entrance , great communication, very clear and responsive. Apartment is large and well equipped and approx 5 mins walk into old town . Good value for money.
−Could have been a bit more generous with the loo roll, but we managed !

“A spacious, well positioned, well equipped flat”
+Spacious flat and the air conditioning was really good (and whisper-quiet). So important when temperatures are that high. The kitchen was very well equipped too. Beds were comfortable. Francesca was an excellent host!
−You can sometimes hear traffic from the front bedroom (but lovely and quiet in back bedroom). There would also be a lack of comfortable places to sit in sitting room if more than 2 people stayed.

“Big apartment, won’t feel cramped even with bigger group”
+Great apartment on 2nd floor (0 floor is street level)with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a living room with sofa bed, big kitchen with essentials. All rooms are bright with full size doors leading to balcony, one bedroom has nice view of the sea, comfortable and feel at home. Central location, walking to Old Town, restaurants and train station to surroundings sightseeings. Great host with quick response, friendly inviting and welcoming. Definitely will book again if travel in the area.
−Parking is tricky and confusing and easily get fine if parked at wrong spot. There is a free parking lot 2 blocks away.

−Se não houvesse dois lances de escadas seria melhor, apesar de isso ter sido minimizado pela gentileza do anfitrião, a quem muito agradeço. Voltaria a Monopoli e ficaria no mesmo local.
