“Amazing city and hosts, the little”

+Everything was wonderful!!! The apartment is stylish, modern, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It has air conditioning, and thanks to its location and overall design, the apartment is pleasantly cool and never feels hot. The Wi-Fi connection is also excellent. The location is perfect , only a 5-7 minute walk from the Old Town and about a 6-8 minute walk from Bari Central Train Station. The neighborhood and the street where the apartment is located felt safe, well-lit, and lively, with people around at all times. The agency managing the apartment was also very kind and helpful. Our reservation was originally for two people, but two days before our arrival, another friend decided to join us. They were very accommodating and kindly added an extra bed for us at the last minute. The apartment does not have a terrace, but this was not a problem for us, especially since we spent most of our days exploring and walking around Puglia. We highly recommend this apartment!!!

“A nice short stay property. Well located about 10 mins from the railway station”
+The property was self contained and practical. In a reasonable good location and happy overall with it. Excellent instructions including video on entry and key pick up/drop off.
−Sadly two things: the first isn’t one the owner can do anything about but there is a terrace to the side of the property where the occupants in that property can sit out and you can hear them in the evening. Not sure whether they can see through the windows(though obscured) of an evening and the lights are on. Second NO toilet paper. I reported it to the owner and the management agents but nothing was done. I think this is a basic to any accommodation. It might have been an oversight but once reported I did expect a positive response

−No tenía microondas u horno eléctrico para calentar comida, tampoci cafetera eléctrica. Sólo dispone de una pava eléctrica. El aire acindicionado hace bastante ruido. Poco espacio para colgar ropa. La ducha (tipo escocesa) pordría estar más limpia.

“Séjour horrible”
+Situation géographique, proche du centre ville.
−Très mauvaise expérience. Les draps n’étaient pas propres et les oreillers dégageaient une mauvaise odeur. Le réfrigérateur fonctionnait mal, la climatisation ne refroidissait pas correctement et il y avait de la poussière partout dans l’appartement. Il était également très difficile de dormir tranquillement : quelqu’un sonnait régulièrement à la porte à des horaires particulièrement inhabituels, notamment vers 2 h, 6 h ou 7 h du matin. Nous avons également été gênés par ce qui semblait être la présence d’acariens, avec des piqûres pendant la nuit.

“Buena estadia”
+El departamente es tal cual en las fotos, es pequeño y no tiene ventanas. Pero nosotras solo lo usamos para bañarnos y dormir por lo que cumple la funcion. No tiene nada para cocinar, y la vajilla solo para dos personas. Si estas buscando algo para solo dormir recomiendo. La ubicacion muy buena.

−Okno wychodzące na taras i klimatyzatory zaklejone folią mleczną. Hałas od klimatyzatorów zewnętrznych i brak światła dziennego z zewnątrz.

+Квартира расположена в очень хорошем месте , все близко .
−В квартире не убрано . Пыль на металическом изголовье кровати не вытирается . В углах тоже клубы пыли . Еще минус этой квартиры в том , что мало света . Очень темная . Совсем не хватает воздуха , одно это окно и нет террасы. Кондиционер днем тяжело справляется со своей задачей .
