“Excellent find in the centre of Leeds”
+Great location. Clean, tidy, comfy beds. Well sound proofed. Love that the scare maze was taking place during our stay - getting to experience that more than made up for not being able to use the balcony. Thoughtful touch that ear plugs were provided, but they weren't needed.
−Lack of mirrors! A full length mirror would have been really handy for getting ready, and one in the bathroom is always handy. Getting my contacts in was a challenge! The description and photos shows a hot tub, but there was not one in apartment 10.

“Fabulous stay in a great location. We will be back!”
+Lovely quirky apartment in a perfect location. Very comfy beds. Great industrial feeling.
−There was only one tiny mirror and no mirror in the bathroom, which made getting ready a challenge. There’s space for mirrors so not sure why there aren’t any.

“Staff was so rude to us. The hot tub was the best part but we left at 5.20am as we couldn’t even sleep in the bed”
+We’ve stayed before and it was really good , we like the hot tub
−Everything was broken. Bed was soaked , shower was leaking and flooding, the bed was absolutely drenched. The roof from the shower was leaking and dripping on us.

“Good area but bad customer service”
+Perfect location enough room for us all to be together in one place
−There were several issues during our stay: The neighbours were extremely loud, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Neither of the TVs in the bedrooms was working. We specifically needed the use of these during our stay, so this was particularly frustrating. Housekeeping attended the apartment and attempted to resolve the issue but were unable to get either TV working. The apartment was quite dusty they was some rubbish and balloons under the bed side table and did not feel as clean as we would have expected. There was also a strange fusty smell throughout the apartment. Considering this was only a one-night stay and the price we paid, we expected the apartment to be clean, comfortable, quiet at bed times, and for all advertised facilities to be in working order. Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay fell well below this standard. I had put in a complaint about this but I have had no response back off this property which I also think is unacceptable.

−No battery in remote, no remote in bedroom for tv. Wrapping paper still left in floor from previous booking
