“A very good place to stay about 30 minutes away from Cologne City.”
+The building is basically new. The apartment looked really nice, was clean and had all the necessary appliances. Laundry is available in the building. An initial complaint (no lamps on the nightstands) was addressed very quickly. There is a good size supermarket about 10 walking minutes away in Glessen that offers everything you need during a stay ... including fantastic German bread rolls.
−There is nothing in the bedrooms or the bathroom to hang clothes. We would have benefitted from a user manual on how to operate the lighting and the blinds in the apartment (it took a bit to figure it out on our own). The TVs were not placed on the right wall for watching from the beds. Public transportation requires taking a bus and then switching to a train (we never tried and used the car instead).

“I highly recommend it for families traveling to Cologne by car/minibus though there are nuances”
+Me and my family pretty much enjoyed the space inside. All facilities were convenient for use. I would especially put high attention to the excitement about easiness of commute by car to the location, large parking lot, modern design of rooms, kitchen and shower. It was really fascinating. What I also found exciting to me is that we have had all dishes and cooking items we needed for our holiday trip so we could stay inside not going to restaurants
−Frankly speaking, if one asks me if the apartment is clean enough, I wouldn't say 100% so. Though the apartment was clean in terms of bed linen, kitchenware, instruments and shower, the floor requires some slight refreshing and washing due to traces visible under the light. Also, we found not very comforting some still wet bed linen which was clean, but not yet dry. For us it was okay, but I can't say that this was the experience we highly enjoyed

+Gute Lage, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, mehrere Parkingmöglichkeiten. Grosser TV in beiden Zimmern, verhältnismässig bequeme Betten. Umgebung lädt zum spazieren ein. Ausstattung: Für 1-2 Nächte völlig ausreichend, länger nicht unbedingt.
−Ringhörig. Gäste kommen oft spät, machen Lärm, sind rücksichtslos, müssen mehrmals an die Nachtruhe erinnert und ermahnt werden. Unnötig komplizierte Steuerung von Rolladen. Radio geht manchmal aus dem Nichts an, wenn man ins Bad geht, oder Licht geht ungewollt aus, obwohl man sich im Zimmer befindet. Es gibt keinen Wohnungsschlüssel, alles läuft über Codes. Küche dürfte noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein (nur 1 Schüssel).

“Heißer Aufenthalt”
+Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet. Kleine nette Aufmerksamkeiten für wenig Geld zu erwerben. ( Snacks und Getränke)
−Wir buchten extra diese Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage. Leider ist es keine richtige Klimaanlage. Es wird über den Boden gekühlt. Oder wie in unserem Fall eben nicht. Wir waren am heißesten Wochenende dieses Jahr dort. 270€ für 2 Schlafzimmer/4Pers hätten wir ohne Klimaanlage deutlich billiger haben können. Leider hat der Vermieter sich an dem Abend nur kurz gemeldet. Die Temperatur blieb also. Im Bad hatte man sogar das Gefühl, dass die Heizung läuft. Auch danach schrieb ich den Vermieter Vlad mehrfach an, weil ich es nicht richtig finde, diesen Preis zu zahlen. Auch nach 3 Nachrichten keine Reaktion. Sehr schade. Da wir häufiger in der Nähe sind, werden wir diese Unterkunft wohl nicht mehr buchen. Das ist sehr schade. Ich finde, es kann immer ein Fehler passieren. Allerdings sollte der Vermieter auch bereit sein, zu kommunizieren . Im Bad teilweise schon etwas abgenutzt ( Duschtür hält nicht, Heizung mit Schraubzwinge fixiert) . Also auch hier etwas Nachbesserung nötig. Das wäre mir prinzipiell egal, aber nun kommt es dann gerade dazu. Sehr schade Vlad.

“Ruim, modern en comfortabel.”
+Prachtig appartement. Keurig schoon en modern.
−We hadden airconditioning verwacht. Dit was een ander systeem, dus met 37 graden buiten was het binnen warmer dan we hadden gehoopt. Maar de ruimte, comfort, aanwezige drankjes maakten veel goed.

−Manglede måske basale krydderier og ingredienser såsom madlavningsolie til at lave mad, men ellers ok

−Ich hätte erwartet, dass eine Auswahl an Tee und Kaffee vorhanden ist, da dies in meinen bisherigen Unterkünften üblich war.

“Gerne wieder”
+Schlüsselübergabe vollkommen unkompliziert. Kommunikation sehr gut. Betten und Ausstattung gut. Keinerlei negative Eindrücke. Gerne wieder.
