“Great stay overall with helpful host”
+The host was easy to reach and communicate with. The apartment was clean. The location was good. Aldi is close and the neighbourhood clean and quiet. The host also send us daily recommendations for places to visit, eat etc. The apartment is nice and we had everything we really needed.
−The balcony was smaller than expected so you can't sit there or put the washing stand out (but there is a roof terrace). The neighbours were quiet but the bedroom windows are towards a yard so other neighbours windows were extremely close (and obvs also open) so you could just hear them (but they weren't loud as such). The bedrooms have no air-conditioning, only the living room. And the sofa bed is doable but not very comfortable so more like a back up option. The kitchen could have had some more bits in it like kitchen roll, additional bin bags and kitchen towels etc and a new pan. Just worth mentioning as well if you haven't visited the island that the tap water there is not safe to drink. The host provided 1 bottle of water but it may be worth putting a little sign up.

+We stayed 4 nights at José's place. The place was sparkling clean and quiet. The bed was very comfy (and I have a hernia) with a sturdy mattress. A/C worked well. The location is perfect if you have a car and parking was never a problem for us. It has all the amenities you need for your stay, including a washing machine. José was very responsive and gave us daily recommendations on places to visit in Lanzarote. I would definitely book again!

+Estuve cuatro noches por trabajo y me gusto mucho. Estaba todo muy bien y limpio, con todos los utensilios necesarios en la cocina, wifi, cama cómoda, etc. El anfitrión de 10, muy pendiente desde el primer momento y súper dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que necesité.
−Lo único que mejoraría es el aire acondicionado, porque solo está en la entrada y al ser el pasillo hacia las habitaciones no llega mucho.

“Un lugar correcto para pasar unos días de vacaciones”
+La ubicación con respecto al resto de la isla es bastante buena. La atención del dueño del apartamento para que estuviera bien en general fue bastante buena. No te llevarás ninguna sorpresa negativa.
−Todo estaba bastante bien, pero personalmente lo que menos me gustó fue el olor de las toallas y la cortina de la ducha. Aunque se nota que el dueño cuida mucho el apartamento porque se preocupa de que todo esté bien y se mantenga en buen estado.

+El alojamiento perfecto la verdad, sin quejas. El anfitrion muy amable y respondía a todas las dudas. Encima, nos comentaba sitios a los que poder ir que es una cosa que se agradece mucho.
