10.0“Fantastic Holiday”
+Beautiful home, well equipped with stunning views.
−It wasn't a problem for us but be aware that it is a 20min drive to the main road. Lots of local facilities though.

10.0“Had a great family holiday and would return”
+Gorgeous cottage, had everything we needed. Comfy beds and very cosy
−Had a slight issue that we couldn’t use shower in en-suite due to it not draining properly

10.0“Amazing place to stay for people who enjoy being off the beaten path and the beauty of peace.”
+What wasn’t there to like. It had the most astounding view and was so spic and span clean-it was also so spacious.
−The water heater was finicky

8.0“A fine place to relax at about the end of the world”
+A spacious cottage, stunning views over the bay and Atlantic (outer Hebrides) , good beds, fantastic wildlife (many birds) no lights nor sound in the wide surrounding (other than the wind - birds and sheep)
−-Internet is so slow that we were not able to use our laptop to plan next day activities -the abstraction hood kept dripping oil (I wiped and cleaned it but next morning it was still there (this was on day of arrival not our cooking) -in the "house" booklet is not advised how to get hot water (we found that instruction later) -the shower drainage in the main bathroom does run very slow, creating a huge pool when showering -due to the surface I struggle on initial arrival up the driveway (wheel spin)

10.0“Take an extra memory card as the light on the view changes into 'the best one' every few mins.”
+Super quiet picturesque location clean warm, well maintained with everything you could need. Great local walk to waternish point 3hrs (take binoculars and see seals). 30 mins to Portree for supermarket to stock up on the way. Skyeskyns Yurt, down the lane, served wonderful cake.
−potholes on the road enroute from fairy bridge- (I know this is absolutely nothing to do with the Bitacora owner), but made a slow last hop of the journey. We found the approach from the top road via the old church better.

8.0“A spacious, comfortable house with a stunning view.”
+Very remote but beautiful location. Spacious, comfortable house. So quiet and peaceful.
−The driveway is a challenge and there was no internet, T.V. or radio as no reception the whole week.

9.0“Very good stay.”
+A remote location, quiet and very picturesque. The three bed cottage is well equipped for a family of up to five overlooking Ardmore Bay. The layout having a separate living & dining offers families to have simultaneous activities at the same time.
−The internet at the property was poor and unreliable. I strongly encourage the owners to upgrade the internet at the property. Its important, especially for foreign visitors to have good internet. Its probably the only drawback from receiving excellent scoring from us.

9.0“Great !”
+Immaculately clean , well equipped . Very easy to get hold of owner and he even came back to give us cooking oil on first day . Beautiful surroundings .
−It is quite remote . It is on hill . U definitely need car , preferably 4/4 .you need car anyway to commute on isle of sky from point A to point B . But the property location add further distance . No doubt , you need to travel 30 min at least for groceries . Michelin star restoring is close but very difficult to get table . So , u need to go and get groceries and make your own tea .

8.0“Very good”
+The location was amazing, such beautiful views. Nice little touches, i.e. providing laundry detergent, washing up liquid, hiking maps. Host was very responsive.
−WiFi connection wasn't great, in case you were thinking of a working holiday. The host could have communicated the location of the accommodation beforehand as post-code doesn't take you to the right space. The slope going up to the house is very steep, and the gravel make it even more tricky to get up the slope, my car wheels were spinning and smoking.
