“Beautiful and fantastically located chalet with excellent facilities. Communication TO BE IMPROVED!”
+The cleanliness, the quality of the facilities (e.g. the good quality of the dishwasher, the washing and drying machine, the lcd tv), the location of the accommodation.
−The chalet has two apartments. We booked the smaller apartment (1-bedroom), but we were given the larger (3-bedroom) apartment. This happened without any explanation or announcement - we had to find out upon arrival. (Since one of us has walking difficulties, we booked a single level apartment - and now had to deal with a two-level apartment...) Apart from that, the communication with our 'host' Jessica was far from easy - i.e. virtually impossible. Questions weren't answered within due time and remarks were simply ignored. Impersonal, would be the most appropriate description. Another aspect: on booking.com it says that the host speaks Italian and English. But communication in English was hardly possible. We found a way out using Google Translate, but claiming that the host speaks English is simply misleading.

“Simply 100% amazing place !”
+One of the best properties we have been in. Everything was simply delightful, clean and organized. not to mention the amazing views from the house ( you just look all over and it's pure amazing ) The house is fully equipped with anything you can think of, and so clean and organized that we just had superb time. Thank you so much, if we ever get back to this region, we will most certainly stay again 100% highly recommended.

“Great air and better than expected appartment in quiet part of Italian Switzerland”
+It was really quiet location, in side town. GREAT AIR!!!! :-D Cannot say that enough! The most noise we got was from church bell that started ringing at 8 AM till 8 PM. Very quiet place, we also got really good weather. Nice surroundings for walking. One thing that you have all to know - there is a local store, woman named Elisabeth - she was like an angel to us... Our car broke when we were going to airport, and we were stuck in far away place, with almost no chance to leave there - no taxis available on such short notice - she took us to town, helped to get taxi to get us to airport - and we made it to flight! :-D She is incredible!
−Takes time to get there - closest big shop is like 20 minutes ride. Hard to get transportation to and from there. There is a post bus - but that's it. Cats are not too friendly - always run away!!! It's built on mountain side, so be ready to walk up and down... (not that I didn't like it - just so you know!)

+very clear and comfortable apartment, everything you needed in kitchen available, nice view, close to bus station.
−the smaller apartment for three people is a bit too small, as the third bed is the sleeping sofa in the middle of the room/ open kitchen. You hear the neighboring guest at the apartment above quite good/ noisy.

+Perfekte Lage im Tall, etwas weiter und rauf, wenn man mit dem Bus kommt. Das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht. Gerne wieder.
