“All around fun time exploring neighborhood with great food nearby!”
+Its location. It was quaint, comfortable and near to many of the attractions we wanted to see. If you need to travel farther, the metro and ferries are a short walk away
−The bed is difficult to navigate when you are seniors, but it’s a doable challenge. I young couple will have no problem. The room is difficult to accommodate a queen bed.

+Hostess was absolutely brilliant, thank you Maria for the tips. Also location was fantastic close to the centre.
−The flat was cold and damp especially when coming backfr9m a day out. Then putting the heating on couldn't heat the flat sufficiently. (I got cold) When put the all heating up including bathroom heather, the fuse would trip. Not enough hot water when shower for 2ppl.

“Good location for a short stay”
+1. Close to shops and transport 2. The kitchen was well equipped ( no oven) 3. Clean property 4. Great advices re where to eat. 5. Comfortable bed and sofa
−1. The upstairs neighbour was very loud and was making lots of noise ( not the host’s fault though). 2. No washing machine and nowhere to wash and dry the clothes especially if you stay for more than a couple of days. 3. Lots of outside noise from the bin collection in the middle of the night or early in the morning ( again not the host’s fault).

+The landlady Maria is very polite and courteous. She gave us tips for local restaurants and where we can buy groceries and offered to contact her with what ever we needed during our stay! It‘s only a 10 minute walk to the sea
−There is no AC, so the apartment gets quite hot in the summer. Even with the two fans, it felt too warm for us inside. During the night and in the early mornings, the street was quite loud (garbage collection, people talking loudly, construction sites)

“Окреме дякую за таку неймовірну гостинність , нас зустріли надзвичайно тепло.”
+Hola! Нам дуже сподобалося, що нас зустріли відразу по приїзду й розповіли про все необхідне для комфортного проживання: куди піти, що відвідати, де скуштувати автентичної португальської їжі та де розташований найближчий маркет. В будинку є все необхідне для приготування смачних сніданків й вечерь: посуд, тостер, кава машина, каструлі, сковорідки.
−З мінусів (але це швидше побажання для покращення): не вистачало невеликої сушарки для білизни, що трохи незручно, якщо потрібно освіжити кілька речей. Також було не зовсім зручно виходити з душу, оскільки килимок під ноги постійно доводилося пересувати. Проте ці дрібниці взагалі не стали на заваді для нашого відпочинку! Відпочиваючим: майте на увазі, що звукоізоляція в історичних будиночках Лісабона майже відсутня, але це особливість самого міста, тому не можу приписати це як недолік апартаментів. Ми були без авто, тому не можу відповісти за якість парковки, хоча паркування авто можлива , але враховуйте, що там вузькі вулички й авто може комусь завадити.
