+It was located just a minutes walk from our families home. The hospitality was extremely excellent. The only thing lacking would have been a lovely local fresh baked loaf. Plenty of fresh towels, the beds were comfortable with clean bedding pillows could have been better. Everything that was needed was available.
−None of the showers worked And considering there were 3 of them this was very poor, we all had to use the only one that was working in a semi reasonable condition. Toilet seats were loose and kept moving damaged my thumb was damaged by the experience! The decor could do with a little updating and the stair carpet is in a terrible condition. We arrived late and in the dark, the directions to find the place ended up being confusing, and somehow needs to be clearer. Maybe a distant photo of the building would be more helpful.

+Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. Property had everything you needed and more. Lovely that you left wine butter jams milk very grateful and much appreciated. Property was very clean.
−There was not enough chairs for us to comfortably sit. Take chair out and put a 3 seater sofa in so 5 can sit

+The cool living room
−Traffic noise from immediately below our bedroom because of the road junction. From dawn onwards there was a lot of farm traffic, noisy trailers, tractors carrying hay, and some cars. Obviously, it's not the fault of Bettws Hall but they should provide ear plugs and a warning that in warm weather with windows open traffic noise may disturb sleep.
