−Bathrooms were very gross. Both smelt terrible. The hot water didnt work very well so had luke warm showers.

+Very spacious, well maintained and clean. staff very cordial and friendly. They helped organise the other activities like river rafting, floating breakfast and SPA. Away from noise, very nice and cosy village type feel with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.
−Do not have car park. A bit walk from main road but walkway is nice and cosy with village feel.

−We had allot of ants inside both the bedrooms and kitchen. The location is a bit difficult to reach and is only reachable by scooter or walking.

“Couldn’t recommend more - perfect Vila! In design, in peacefulness, in staff!”
+We LOVED this villa! Aditya was amazing, so helpful, so contactable and nothing was too hard. The Vila itself is quiet which is lovely and peaceful but out on the street is immediately two restaurants, a spa for massages, on the small road is another 5 restaurants, convenience shops etc, even a laundromat where they hand wash your clothes if need be. The Vila kitchen and lounge is separate to the bedrooms so you can’t hear anything if someone wakes up early to make coffee or watches tv late, so that’s amazing design. The day bed is HUGE! So so comfortable, surrounded by dim lights in the evening, so special and even has a fan built in the roof. The pool is perfect size, there is a water boiler and filter in the pantry of kitchen, coffee, tea etc. plus fridge was stocked with beautiful coconuts. This was an amazing getaway for a week, comfortable beds, great tvs in room, great showers, very quiet to escape to, about a half an hour walk to ubud center which was perfect for us because we didn’t want to be in the extreme hustle and bustle. Also 20 min walk to campuhan ridge walk which was an incredible adventure and very beautiful. All in all, very good design, high quality appliances

+We liked the location, close to different parts of Ubud. Walking distance to Alchemy Yoga center. The villa is beautiful and very well designed! Two separate bedrooms with lots of space, a separate kitchen area. Help with luggage was appreciated because villa isn't accessible by car. Safebox in each room.
−Constant issues with water. The water pressure is very poor, it's almost impossible to take a shower. Once the water just stopped while I was taking a shower for no reason. Only after 20min it started working again. One day the water was leaking from the sink on the floor. The hairdryer in one room was broken and hasn't been changed even after my request. Considering the price you pay minibar could've been included.

“Dokonalá poloha v oblasti Penestanan”
+Lokalita nám naprosto vyhovovala Na snídani jsme mohli dojít pěšky do podniku Alchemy a stezka Campuhan Ridge Walk byla dostatečně blízko na ranní procházku, než začalo být horko. Nedaleko se nachází také muzeum Blanco, zatímco palác Ubud a tržnice jsou jen kousek cesty. Návrat k vlastnímu bazénu byl pak tou nejlepší tečkou. Je to klidná oblast, která je přitom stále blízko mnoha zajímavým místům v Ubudu

“בקרים רגועים בגינה”
+אהבנו מאוד את תחושת השלווה במקום הזה. בכל בוקר הכנו קפה וישבנו בביתן הבאליני הקטן שליד הבריכה, מוקפים בצמחייה. הווילה מוצפת באור טבעי החודר דרך דלתות הזכוכית הגדולות, ומעניקה תחושה פתוחה ומרווחת מבלי לפגוע בפרטיות. המיטות היו נוחות להפליא, והכל היה נקי כשהגענו למען האמת, כבר אחרי היום הראשון הרגשנו כאילו אנחנו בבית שלנו באובוד
