“Significantly exceeded expectations - recommended”
+Accommodation significantly exceeded our expectations. It’s isolated fenced area of roughly 4 apartments which suited us well with little kids who loved running around and playing with tiny river that goes through the area and around chalets. We had superior apartment 2 which is basically one large room including bedroom, bathroom, fireplace, dining place. Then there is a hall with wardrobe and toilet/bathroom. Again, it’s possible to run circles through this setup which kids enjoyed. We enjoyed mix of old chalet design and modern equipment - very stylish, we even learned about new approaches to heating (top down radiation). Apartment is warm cosy and stylish with breathtaking views and Weber grill on terrace and private parking. Even though we didn’t meet in person personnel was very attentative, responded almost immediately and provided us with several extras without any additional costs that we really appreciated. No issues with baby high chair, crib and later checkout. To Hinterstoder ski you get in 6 minutes by car, that applies to groceries etc as well. For running trails you can go from chalet directly. Must be lovely in summer as well. Happy to come back anytime.

+The apartments are spacious; we made good use of the local charcoal grill and the terrace, where you can spend a pleasant evening. The kitchen is superbly equipped,you’ll find everything you need,though the frying pan could use replacing, since some guests clearly don’t realize that metal utensils shouldn’t be used. We liked the ample parking space. Nearby, by the river, there’s a beautiful pool for a morning dip (to wake up), but for a longer swim, head down to the lake. Nearby is the nice Poppenberg via ferrata and a rope park, as well as a cable car that takes you to the top of Höss, from where you can continue along a beautiful ridge trail. Otherwise, everything you can think of is within driving distance. Our only complaint was the poor water pressure from the on-site water supply. The water itself was very good.

+Moc pěkné místo, v chatce je vše, co potřebujete, zahrada a okolí velmi krásné. Snadná komunikace s majiteli. Byli jsme už podruhé.

+Všetko bolo skvelé 😊 Ubytovanie je ideálne na rodinnú dovolenku - ponúka dostatok súkromia aj príjemný spoločný priestor na trávenie času spolu. Lokalita je tichá a pokojná, čo vytvára perfektnú atmosféru na oddych. Veľkou výhodou je aj blízkosť lyžiarskeho strediska - autom približne 5 minút. Kompletne vybavená kuchyňa, 2x kúpeľna. Určite odporúčame a radi sa sem vrátime.

+Kuća je vrlo prostrana, lijepa i čista. Kuhinja je opremljena najnovijim uređajima i svim potrebnim priborom za kuhanje i osnovnim začinima. Kreveti su vrlo udobni. U kupaonicama ima dovoljno ručnika. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je bila jednostavna, a uputstva oko kuće vrlo jasna i detaljna. U podrumu se nalazi i skijarna u kojoj se mogu ostaviti skije i buce. Kuća se nalazi 5 min od skijališta Hinterstoder i lako je naći kuću. Mi smo se baš lijepo proveli.
−Malo je Internet štekao pa ga nismo mogli koristiti. Nezgodno je i sušenje veša jer je sustav grijanja drugačiji, ali smo se snašli.

+Das Chalet ist groß und vollständig ausgestattet, allerdings in Teilen nicht besonders hochwertig (u. a. Bettwäsche). Die Beheizung erfolgt über elektrische Deckenpaneele. Die Temperaturregelung erwies sich als wenig praktikabel, da eingestellte höhere Temperaturen wieder automatisch reduziert wurden. Im Badezimmer sind einzelne Bodenfliesen locker, offenbar aufgrund der Verfliesung auf einem Holzboden. Die Zufahrtsrampe zum Chalet war während unseres Aufenthalts durchgehend eisig und lediglich gestreut, jedoch nicht geräumt. Abgesehen von diesen Punkten war das Haus grundsätzlich in Ordnung.
−Deutlich negativ aufgefallen ist jedoch die Kommunikation. Acht Stunden nach Ablauf der kostenlosen Stornierungsfrist ersuchten wir aufgrund eines akuten Krankheitsfalls um eine kulante Stornierung. Wir wurden aufgefordert, eine ärztliche Bestätigung zu übermitteln, was den Eindruck vermittelte, dass eine Lösung möglich sei. Die Bestätigung (für uns kostenpflichtig) wurde umgehend übermittelt. In der Folge erhielten wir trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche über verschiedene Kanäle über eine Woche keinerlei Rückmeldung. Auch Anfragen von Booking.com blieben laut deren Auskunft unbeantwortet. Schließlich erhielten wir eine sehr unfreundliche E-Mail von einem Vertreter der Betreiberseite, in der unsere Situation ausdrücklich als irrelevant bezeichnet wurde (es sei ihm die Situation "egal"). Aufgrund kurzfristiger Umplanungen reisten wir letztlich dennoch an. Auch hierbei setzte sich die schlechte Kommunikation fort: Das Gäste-WLAN-Passwort wurde trotz Nachfrage bis zur Abreise nicht übermittelt. Fazit: Die Unterkunft ist akzeptabel, solange keine besonderen Anliegen auftreten und kein Kontakt mit dem Betreiber erforderlich ist. Bei unerwarteten Problemen oder Kommunikationsbedarf würden w
