+Able to secure a lady minute biking fast. Helpful staff. Very old building (historical which was amazing) and comfortable enough. The internet was good. The bathroom was lovely. The kitchen was ok. The views from the bathroom and bedroom were great.
−No aircon on a hot night, but several fans. Strong aiir freshener was used which was disconcerting because I hate the synthetic smells and chemicals. Perhaps because the place wasn't aired enough (old building and not much notice). The main area did not really have windows and not much air. Relatively small space. But we were thankful to have a place for the night.

“Great stay in the center of town!”
+The host was great--check-in was smooth and they were available at all times. The apartment was clean and right in the of town! I would definitely stay again.

“Ok once we managed to gain access to the property”
+The property is a good size and the facilities are good. The location is also very good.
−The host didn't respond to my messages on Booking.com or WhatsApp. I had to call the host and they sent me the WhatsApp details of the cleaner so I could contact them to let me in.

+Centro storico di Chiavenna , silenzioso , l’alloggio con lavatrice e lavastoviglie e quanto basta di accessori Pet friendly . Con tutto nei d’intorno a poca distanza ( negozi - bar - stazione treni e bus )

+Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das für uns wichtige, wie Wasserkocker und Kühlschrank, waren vorhanden. Es hatte sogar Tee. Der Schlüssel wurde uns von der Putzfrau übergeben. Sie hat sich so lieb um uns gekümmert, wie wenn sie selber die Gastgeberin wäre.
−Eine kühle Wohnung mag im Sommer gut sein, aber jetzt war es einfach zu kalt. Zentralheizung wäre vorhanden, funktioniert aber nicht. Dann haben wir halt die Elektroöfen eingeschaltet, bis die Sicherung raus flog.

“In pieno centro”
+L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro,ottima posizione! Nonostante fosse nel centro storico, è silenzioso. Siamo stati in 3 e a livello di spazi eravamo comodi. Abbiamo apprezzato di aver trovato in frigo l'acqua e succhi di frutta.
−Da migliorare la pulizia, il bagno era ben pulito,ma la cucina e la camera avrebbero bisogno di una spolverata più approfondita,sicuramente se ci fossero meno suppellettili e cianfrusaglie sarebbe più facile da pulire. In mancanza di condizionatore,consiglio le zanzariere visto che la sera si potrebbe benissimo dormire con le finestre aperte,ma ahimè senza zanzariere, entrano tante zanzare,siamo quindi stati con finestre chiuse e ventilatori accesi. Da aggiungere anche una macchinetta del caffè,per il resto c'era tutto.
