+The apartment is quite spacious and very well located, close to both the train station and the city center, which made getting around very easy. It had everything we needed for our stay, making it comfortable and convenient. The host was very kind and welcoming, and although there was a language barrier, she did her best to communicate and make us feel at ease.
−We were asked to pay an additional stay fee that we had not been informed about in advance, which was a bit unpleasant.

+The apartment was very nice, comfortable, washer, very nice kitchen, the view of Stromboli, was outstanding!! Bed was very comfy, washing machine was nice. Shower and bathroom was nice. We appreciated having a table and comfortable couch. The location is great! The train station is only a 15 minute walk which was nice..
−74 stairs to get into the room. No lift. If you have mobility issues or are out of shape this wouldn't be the place for you, but the view was worth it to us. We are in our 70's. The water went off as well as the power one night, but she told us how to remedy this. They could have left basic kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper, olive oil, and a cutting board. Bring your own shampoo and bath soap as none is provided. Not a big deal.

“A noi è sembrata una bella trappola poi i gusti son gusti”
+Struttura in ottima posizione con una terrazza affacciata sul tramonto di Tropea
−Appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore non segnalato; piatto doccia che perde acqua per il bagno; Silicone muffo o rovinato in doccia; cuscini che erano più che usurati; appartamento affittato per 4 persone da descrizione con una camera da letto e un divano letto e ci siamo trovati in 4 adulti con un letto matrimoniale in sala e un divano letto da una piazza da montare. Mi spiace ma abbiamo girato e visto tante strutture e a volte capita che succedano cose così ma 540€ per due notti per dormire con un letto e mezzo in 4 in sala anche no grazie mi spiace ma foto e descrizioni vanno fatte bene e richiedono un prezzo adeguato perché non trovo giusto approfittarsi di turisti in ferie così e trovo strano che nessuno nei commenti abbia notato queste cose.

“Carina e accogliente”
+Ambiente carino e ben curato, comodo e nel centro del paese.
−L'unica cosa poco pratica sono i 3 piani di scale da fare senza ascensore, e quando è caldo diventa scomodo, ma appena si entra nell'appartamento l'ambiente è ben climatizzato e piacevole.

+La vista e la posizione ottime, perfettamente centrale e vicina a mare, stazione e centro. Dal balcone si può ammirare un bel tramonto. Letto matrimoniale comodo, il divano letto un po' meno.
−La casa non era particolarmente pulita, molta polvere inoltre il divano letto abbiamo dovuto farlo noi, la tavoletta del bagno era rotta, la doccia era sporca come tutto il bagno (c'era un coton fioc e dentifricio ancora nel lavandino), la cucina era appiccicosa per questo abbiamo lavato tutto. Importante da dire ma al momento della prenotazione non abbiamo visto che all'arrivo si dovesse pagare una tassa di soggiorno.
