+The location was good. Close to a small play area and to supermarkets.
−Sadly, this property was not clean. We did accidentally arrive early to the property and found the beds weren't made and so I contacted the host who informed us that we were an hour early for check in and the property hadn't been cleaned yet. We apologised and left around 14:15. The host then contacted us and asked if we would be ok to return at around 4pm, to which we agreed. We came back at the agreed time and met with the host and another person still changing beds (they also had a dog in the property) We were welcomed inside and the host mentioned that there was a cycle of laundry in the dryer and we were asked if we would put it in a laundry basket once it had finished. The beds were made and the 2 people finally left. The host then returned with toiletries and profusely apologised for the cleaning not being done sooner. We told him it was ok. However, once they left I started to notice other things like the tap in the kitchen was broken and they had left all the washing up piled up on the drainer. “Tutto molto bene x visitare berna”
+Struttura pulita e comoda. Ha lasciato anche cialde x caffè e colazione molto apprezzate. Sapone x lavarsi e asciugamani tt ok in abbondanza ed anche prodotti x cucina. Molto pulita la struttura.
−Coperta di letto 1 piazza e mezza piccola x 2 persone e cuscini piccoli. Tv non collegate via cavo(1 era collegata a Netflix) ed utilizzabile, altra non collegata e non utilizzabile(host disponibile quando contattato) . Luci di stanza da letto collegati solo gli abajur(sufficienti ma era meglio se anche le principali fossero collegate)

+Bern é uma cidade linda, com pessoas educadas e prontas para ajudar. A localização onde ficamos é proximo a vários acessos do centro, e, os transportes funcionam pontualmente. A feirinha de Natal principal foi uma experiência incrível, tudo bem organizado. Os parques que conhecemos o Rosengarthen e Elfenau, mesmo em dezembro, são maravilhosos! Marco que nos recebeu foi muito atencioso, receptivo e nos forneceu boas indicações. Esperamos retornar para conhecer mais de Berna.❤️

“Sehr unzufrieden wir erwarten eine Teilerststtung der Miete.”
−Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben Ihre Wohnung vom 09. bis 11.12.2025 bewohnt und teilen Ihnen mit, dass wir sehr unzufrieden waren. Zunächst konnten wir die Wohnung nur betreten, nachdem eine Nachbarin uns die Haustür geöffnet hatte, da ein Haustürschlüssel nicht verfügbar war. Die angebotene Alternative, die Wohnung durch die Terrassentür zu betreten war beschwerlich, da sehr eng. Außerdem war das Schloss nicht in Ordnung und musste immer wieder mit einem Schraubendreher befestigt werden. Wegen dieser Unsicherheit konnten wir keine Wertsachen in der Wohnung lassen. Weiterhin war kein Besteck vorhanden und das WLan funktionierte nicht. Schließlich hat jemand in unserer Abwesenheit die Wohnung betreten, was sicher auch in der Schweiz nicht zulässig ist. Wir erwarten daher, dass Sie uns wegen der Unannehmlichkeiten die Hälfte der Miete erstatten. Wir werden Booking.com entsprechen informieren. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ulrike und Albert Romberg

+Nichts! Wohnung wurde nicht rechtzeitig vorbereitet, alles war extrem verdreckt und abgewohnt. Dringende Grundreinigung erforderlich und Austausch beschädigter und nicht funktionierender Einrichtungsgegenstände. Wir waren geschockt von dem Zustand der Wohnung und fanden es als Abzocke. Bis heute warten wir auf einen finanziellen Ausgleich, der uns vom Vermieter zugesagt worden ist! Wir sind sehr enttäuscht in jeder Hinsicht...

−Las almohadas un pelín incomodas y las sábanas muy raras. La limpieza puede mejorar!!
