+Good location.
−I would not recommend staying here. The property was not air-conditioned as stated and had very poor ventilation. We had to keep the windows open, but there were no bug screens, and the windows were low enough that someone walking by could potentially climb in, which was a safety concern. Most importantly, there was mold in the bathroom and elsewhere. The property representatives confirmed that it was mold, but told us it was “not toxic mold.” Mold is mold, and in my opinion, a property with visible mold should not be rented out to guests. Everything also felt damp and moist when we arrived. The shower was extremely tiny, the sliding doors were flimsy, and the water took a long time to heat up. We left after the first night because of the mold and were not given a refund. We ended up staying at an Airbnb just down the street. Even though we were out exploring most of the day, paying extra for a clean, comfortable, and safe place to come back to was absolutely worth it. There are better properties in the area, so I recommend spending a little extra for a more comfortable stay. Listen to the other reviews mentioning similar issues!

“Would definitely stay again. Very good location for seeing the rest of lake Como. Close to the ferry dock which is ideal”
+Very clean and good location. It gave a very homely feeling and everyone we came across in the same building were very polite.
−Property wasn’t air conditioned (as stated) however the fan provided didn’t really provide much relief from the heat in the middle of July. The shower was very small and the bathroom door and shower door was slightly broken.

“Quite good apartment”
+First of all - it is in Bellano, which is one of most charming towns. It's in very good location - close to ferry and bars&restaurants, and overall to everything cause Bellano is quite small. Mind there is no phone signal and no wifi - it's not only this apartment problem but whole town (closer to lake we had only weak signal). The apartment has everything what you would need. BUT! It has very low ceiling so if you >1.85 m shouldn't choose this particular accommodation. As well if you're not slim enough the showering will be a challenge. Shower is really tiny and has no cosmetics shelf. Besides - in bathroom you have enough space to unpack the cosmetic bag. Bed was comfy despite it is in fact sofa but with provided top mattress we had very good sleep. We stayed in July and spent most of time outside, only coming in late evening to get some sleep. But if you gonna stay in apartment in daytime you could find it is quite dark cause of narrow streets and small window. Same with noises - it is quiet town but you can easily hear any person walking down the pavement. We didn't mind it cause there wasn't many people going there.

“Perfect for those who enjoys a less overstimulated stay to explore lake como”
+Stayed for two nights, they sent an email with instructions on how to get to the property with a video which was very helpful. Took me 10-15 minutes to walk from station. There’s a flight of stairs to get to the room but manageable with a carry on suitcase. Room was very comfortable, equipped with all kitchenwares I need and plenty of drawers to hang out your clothes. It ran a bit cold during the night but there was heater. Very clean and tidy, it looks pretty much like what the photos look like.
−Could use some more lights in the room.

“Perfect place for what we wanted in an amazing place with easy transport routes to all around Como. Would highly recomme”
+Property had everything you needed for a couple of days. Absolutely perfect location so close to the water and the beautiful village of Bellano!
−If staying longer and looking to cook your own meals, maybe some better cooking utensils like sharp knives for chopping or big salad bowls. The description was correct in saying the ceiling is quite low and the shower does feel quite cramped at times but as a 5’10 male it was manageable.

+Egy igazi KIS ékszerdoboz, szuper helyen, tökéletes egy pár nap eltöltéséhez. Tisztaság, könnyen megközelíthető, mindennel felszerelve amire szükségünk volt.
−A zuhanyfüke sajnos a gyenge pontja a szállásnak ami tényleg nagyon kicsi és a zuhanyfej alatt a cső becsatlakozásánál több víz folyik ki mint magán a zuhanyrózsán.

−Il soffitto è basso e di conseguenza non adatta a persone alte e il bidet non c'è
