“It was not an affordable apartment, but lacking a bit of care, consideration, clear descriptions.”
+Great location to visit Belém, free street parking, only one set of stairs up, spacious, nice balcony views into garden across the street. Friendly host, though not helpful in getting us more blankets when the thin blankets that were provided were not enough.
−1. Misrepresentation of second bedroom: it has no door, and an opening into the living room, just with curtain separation. Not ideal for privacy or sound. 2. The 2 single bed mattresses were not very comfortable in that second bedroom, a simple mattress topper would go a long way. 3. Not enough blankets, it was cold at night. 4. Not enough surfaces in the main bedroom to lay clothes that you can’t hang up, only a hanging closet. 5. Kitchen only stocked with coffee & sugar. No other basics to cook with, no salt, pepper, oil.. 6. Upstairs apartment noise quite loud. 7. Apartment key needs to be extended to open the door,that important piece of information was not conveyed.

“Praktische Wohnung im schönen Stadtteil Belém, wenn man kein Reinigungsfanatiker oder Perfektionist ist”
+- Es gibt insgesamt sechs Schlafmöglichkeiten (1 Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten und ein Schlafsofa). Allerdings fast keine Türen, nur Master Schlafzimmer und Bad sind durch Schwingtüren aus Milchglas abtrennbar. Man muss sich also sehr gut kennen ;) - es gibt eine Waschmaschine, ein unschlagbares Plus für alle, die mit Kindern reisen - reibungsloser Checkin/Checkout durch Schlüsseldepot
−- Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, viele Sachen sind defekt und/oder dreckig (Toaster, Badezimmerschrank, Lattenrost, Küchenausrüstung…) - auf Kontaktaufnahmen wurde gar nicht oder zu spät reagiert

−Para que el apartamento sea más cómodo,debería hacer algunos cambios,el sofá es incómodo y poner la persiana en la habitación para que no entre tanta luz y te despierte,y a la otra habitación poner la pared para separarlo del salón

+Location is great if you want to stay in Belem, the rest...
−We stayed at the Belem Calling Apartment and unfortunately the experience was far below what was advertised on Booking.com. The furniture, curtains, and sofa cover were all different from the listing photos, different chairs and couches, different cabinets, and cushions that were essentially empty. There was no kitchen table, which had been a key feature of the listing. The apartment also had visible holes in the floor and bare walls. On top of that, the apartment had clearly not been cleaned properly before our arrival: hairs in the drain, stains on the mirror, sink, and tap. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. We contacted the host directly to explain the situation and asked to cancel the remainder of our stay for a refund, given how different the apartment was from what we'd booked. The host acknowledged the furniture differences but described them as "decorative" and not significant enough to justify a refund, offering only €50 compensation and an additional cleaning visit. We explained again that the discrepancies (missing kitchen table, different furniture throughout, structural issues like holes in the floor) went well beyond decoration, and was mainly about the hygien

−el apartamento estaba sucio debajo de la cama había suciedad, la alfombra está con polvo, la vitrocerámica rajada, las habitaciones no estan aisladas, las puertas son de cristal, el apartamento debe ser remodelado está mal conservado el grifo del lavabo baño sobre sale de ancho del lavabo, mampara del baño sucia,el vecino de arriba causa mucho ruido, en la habitación principal hace falta persianas entra mucha la luz y una reforma todo.

“Muy buena relación calidad precio y ubicación excelente en Belem.”
+Si vas a la zona de Belem la ubicación es excelente, muy tranquilo y justo enfrente tienes un jardín botánico que vale la pena visitar. Para comunicarse con el centro de Lisboa sólo tienes que coger el tranvía E15. Hemos estado muy bien , todo muy limpio y la anfitriona muy atenta para todo.
−Me gustó todo, por poner un pero, eché de falta un microondas, pero bueno... nos apañamos... La anfitriona nos dejó café y una cafetera estupenda.
