“Nice stay at great location”
+Great location, kind host, and everything that was needed was available. Check-in was smooth as was the checking out.
−The beds are not the most comfortable.

“Basic accommodation but convenient”
+Apartment is well situated, about 15mn walk to the Serranos Towers and the old city. Supermarkets in walking distance and central bus station with taxi rank, about 20mn walk (where you can leave your luggage at the consigna for 4 euros per 24h). Bike and scooter rental everywhere and from 3 euros per hour. Plenty to do and see in Valencia, beautiful city. Hop off and on bus well worth it to get a general picture of the city.
−The noise from the street and from the apartments beside and above us, sometimes until well after 2 or 3 am. Bring ear plugs.The sofa could do with a good dry or steam cleaning. There was visible dust on the "chandeliers". Only one bin bag in the bin and no spare. We also stayed 6 nights and did not get the welcome pack advertised on Booking.com.

“Great Place to Stay! Nice calm area, close to the center and things to see.”
+The apartment was easy to find, the host greeted us and explained everything and was very nice. It had AC which was a huge bonus. The apartment was very comfortable and it suited our needs perfectly.
−There wasn't enough Toilet Paper and They only gave us one trash bag which wasn't enough for the amount of time we stayed.

“Comoda ma si può migliorare”
+La posizione, anche se il quartiere mi è piaciuto poco. La cucina comoda ma due fornelli a induzione insieme non consentivano di aprire l'aria condizionata, saltava la corrente. Il bidè in bagno una piacevole sorpresa, molto comodo. Le luci a led molto belle. L'host merita 10 per la sua disponibilità
−L'aria condizionata solo in salotto. Peccato perché abbiamo dovuto tenere le porte delle 3 camere aperte per usufruire di un po' di fresco, quindi poca privacy. L'acqua nella doccia arriva con un gettito debole, il terrazzino interno non si può usare perché c'è lo sfogo dell'aria condizionata

“bellissima esperienza, Valencia è un'ottima meta sia per vacanze in famiglia che con amici”
+l'host è stato gentilissimo, e la casa è davvero accogliente e ben organizzata. Anche la posizione non è male: pur non essendo proprio in centro, tutto era raggiungibile in una decina di minuti a piedi. e comunque la zona è ben fornita, sia per i mezzi, sia di bar e supermercati
−i letti non erano molto comodi

“Un comodo appartamento a Valencia”
+Posizione ideale per visitare la città. Appartamento a breve distanza a piedi dal centro storico, servito da metro e bus, in quartiere residenziale tranquillo e ben servito. Il proprietario è estremamente gentile e disponibile.
