+Το διαμέρισμα διέθετε όλες τις ανέσεις. Είχε εξαιρετικό design. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία. Όλες οι πόρτες είναι ηλεκτρονικές και μπορείς να μπεις μόλις φτάσεις. Είναι ακριβώς πάνω στην πλατεία Μοναστηράκι. Μπορείς να γυρίσεις όλο το κέντρο με τα πόδια ακόμα και να πεταχτείς για λίγο στο διαμέρισμα και να ξαναβγείς. Πολύ κοντά στο μετρό. Βγαίνοντας συναντάς όλα τα εστιατόρια μπαρ και καταστήματα για ψώνια. Η Ακρόπολη είναι πέντε λεπτά μακρυά. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

+Highly recommended! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything. The house is spotlessly clean and beautifully newly furnished. It is an ideal place for food lovers and gastro-tourists like us. Both the host and the cleaning lady are incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!
−A few things to note for long-term guests: it can be a little noisy in the corridor in the mornings. There is no washing machine, the wardrobe space is limited for a lot of luggage, and the windows don't offer a view. It’s a fantastic spot, but maybe better suited for shorter stays

“Excellent”
+The location, the modern design of the room and the appliances (espresso machine, kettle, wine glasses), the huge shower, good sound proofing from the street (there was a street party the weekend we stayed and we didn’t hear a thing), easy communication with the owner. Great value for money.
−At night, not being able to shade the light coming from the outside corridor through the bathroom window and the semi transparent part of wall separating between the room and bathroom. Also the constant (probably automatic) msgs we received about 250euro fine if one damaged the toilet pump. For us one was enough as the same msg is written boldly above the toilet itself. Would had appreciated some cutlery, or at least spoons.

−פחות אהבתי את הנוהל של אסור לזרוק נייר טואלט לאסלה בשירותים , רק לפח אבל בסדר הסתדרנו ורק מגבת אחת לכל אחד זה גם מינוס

+La stanza era molto pulita in ordine e la posizione è in centro è fantastica ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo
−L’ingresso alla struttura lascia un po’ desiderare poi sali al primo piano ci sono le stanze ed è tutto molto bello

“Muy bien, a excepción del edifico en el que está”
+No estuve en ese alojamiento, sino en el de al lado (City Plus) porque nos cambiaron en el último momento. El apartamento estaba muy bien cuidado y limpio.
−Para entrar al alojamiento hay que atravesar un pasaje de tiendas que cierra por las noches y tienes que pasar a través de la persiana de metal. Los pasillos del edificio dan bastante miedo: todo está sucio, descuidado, hay gente duchándose en puertas que dan a los pasillos, ruidos y muchos gritos de vecinos de pisos superiores.

−L’ingresso alla struttura è bruttissimo, bisogna entrare da una saracinesca in un palazzo e un corridoio molto brutti

+La ubicación, estaba muy cerca de Monastiraki.
−Cuando reservé el alojamiento, en la descripción ponía que contaba con una cama grande y dos sofás cama. Solo había un sofá.

−La palazzina esternamente non è di bell’ aspetto. Inoltre ho trovato eccessivo la richiesta di pagamento per il check in anticipato di 2.5h oltre che il continuo sottolineare la penale dei 250€ in caso di guasto servizi igienici. Basterebbe il cartello che già è presente in bagno
