“Clean, comfy and accessible to transport.”
+Lovely apartment close to station and undergrounds. Clean and comfortable! Fast responses from the host, very helpful!
−Only downside was plug sockets couldn’t be used in the bedroom, very low to border. You would need a plug where the wires come out the top of the plug for it to work.

+I was near the Euston Station
−The bathroom tap was not fixed, squeaky floors, I got itching and red bumps all over my exposed body after waking up from the bed. there was no extra trash bag for my 4 days stay (only one). No drinking water (the first thing I had to do after reaching at the place was to run to a grocery shop just for a water bottle). The apartment was on first floor (from ground) the stairs are pretty narrow, it was a workout for me to shift my luggage upstairs.

“1 night in London!!”
+Perfectly placed if getting the train to Euston, a 2 minutes walk from the station. The outlook from the outside doesn’t look great, but the inside has everything that you would need.

“Très bonne situation mais manque d’entretien”
+Bel appartement idéalement situé
−Manque d’entretien, pas très propre, pas de vaisselle suffisante pour 4 personnes. Pas d’eau chaude pendant tout le séjour. Devoir donner une caution 1h avant l’arrivée pour avoir le code d’accès

“Perfect locatie bij Pancras, straat is wat grimmig appartement niet zoals de foto’s.”
+De locatie is top als je reist vanaf Pancras en verhuurder is snel en fijne verhuurder. Goede communicatie. Goede bakkerij op 50 meter met heerlijke ontbijtjes.
−De foto’s en de realiteit van appartement op tweede verdieping, de roze variant op de foto’s, komen niet overeen. Het appartement is echt gedateerd, niet fris en heeft liefde en aandacht nodig. Alle schilderijen hingen schots en scheef. De gordijnen zijn echt aan vervanging toe. De lade in het kastje in de slaapkamer had geen bodem. De muren hebben een linkje verf nodig ivm vlekken. De badkamer was niet voldoende schoon gemaakt. Als je in de woonkamer slaapt als je met meer dan twee personen bent is een hard bed en heel lawaaierig van de straat. De vriezer zit vol ijs en de laminaatvloer is kapot. De kastje in de keuken hangen los en scheef. Kortom potentieel genoeg maar even opfrissen.

+Ubicación perfecta. Muy bien comunicado, en metro, bus o tren. Bien de precio para ser Londres. Camas cómodas y alojamiento limpio. El personal, muy atento y servicial. Gracias, Jade!
−En el salón, ruido excesivo por la cercanía de la estación de tren. Algunas cosas necesitaban reparaciones.
