“The apparent was comfortable and offered reasonable value.”
+It was close to the train station.
−There was a near total interruption in water supply to the apartment one morning while we were there, and we didn’t find any coffee in the room. The only coffee maker was a non-electric manual device that I’ve never used, so I went without.

“Great hospitality”
+We chose Beatrix House for it's proximity to Termini Train Station and loads of eating out options, but it was so much more... Generously provisioned with basic grocery needs, tea, coffee, juice and lots of extras. It felt like we were staying at a friend's place! We loved it and would stay again.

+A great location near Central train Station, very easy to walk to the centre of city. Very clean & tidy and well equipped with good kitchen facilities. We tried a nearby restaurant recommended by Beatrice & Danielle and it was very good. Highly recommend for a Rome stay, excellent and good value in Rome.

−No shelf to put on the shampoo and shawer gel in the wet area. Need to put on the floor which a bit uncomfortable.

“Great location with comfy bed.”
+The location is very convenient to reach everywhere, especially when we need to catch the train and arriving with the airport bus. On the day of arrival, we had a flight delay of almost 8 hours due to the air traffic controllers were on strike in Italy, but the communication with the landlord was very smooth, who very kindly welcomed us in front of the door in the very late evening. Really appreciated!
−Space in the bathroom is a bit tight, it would be nice to have some more hooks to hang the towers.

“Great cozy apartment”
+Location is great, close to train station and buses but in a very nice street. We liked some small, homely restaurants around. Apartment was very nice: clean and with big windows. The small kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. There was coffee and tea, a lot of spices, good olive oil. Our host prepared some sweets, juice and water for us as well. Really great place and I can fully recommend.
