“Pleasant area, spacious accommodation, good outlook. Would not rebook.”
+What Breakfast?????
−Unusable car park garage. Had to park on street. Difficult parking in car park to load and unload. Difficult luggage handling arrangements at basement elevator. A trolley would be a good investment by group owners. Insuffucient heating and no air conditioning. No breadknife.

“Lovely place to stay and very well priced, perfect for a family get away we would definitely love to come back again!”
+This property was very close to everything perfect family holiday.
−It would be good to have air conditioning or perhaps more fans, it was fine while we were there as it wasn’t too hot, but if it was hotter weather it would be worse.

“Excellent location, not comfortable whatsoever.”
+The location is unbeatable, very central to all you need and the view is amazing.
−You are paying a premium for the location. However, there has been no expense put into making the accomodation comfortable. It wouldn’t hurt to get some new mattresses and a better lounge for your guests, especially with how much they pay to stay there; they were terrible.

“Great property management; poor property. Stay elsewhere in Forster until it’s renovated, and brought up to modern stand”
+The property managers, Forster Accommodation, were friendly, organised and professional - 5/5. The apartment accommodation was in a good location right opposite the beach, and the apartment was very clean when we arrived.
−The apartment itself was suffering from under-investment and neglect. The ceiling in the toilet was damaged and in poor condition; fly-screens were ineffective and in need of replacement/repair. The tv was irritating to use as its speakers were blown and sound distorted. One of the beds had a wooden frame at its foot, meaning I literally had to sleep diagonally to prevent banging my feet against the frame (& I’m only 1.8m - not super tall). And worst of all, the apartment was very hot; it had no air con, and only one small fan to service the whole apartment. The windows all had stops on them, meaning they could only be opened a few inches, so the bedrooms never lost their accumulated temperature. Even with the one small fan, sleeping was very difficult.
