“Premium Location at a Great Price”
+Great host with a great location. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice island getaway with the connivence of being right next to the water.

“Awesome spot for a holiday, nice for families or just on your own”
+Very nice place! The location is perfect - 5 minutes to the ferry, 5 minutes to the center with cafes, supermarkets, and equipment rentals. Nearby are charming little streets. The closest beach is only 10 meters away. The host is very friendly, gives great tips about places to visit, and helps if you need something. The apartment is big and bright, with all equipment you may need, even a washing machine. From the balcony, you can enjoy a sea view.
−The way up to the apartment can be a bit hard for older people or for families with a stroller. It’s better to have earplugs: you can hear the neighbors quite well, and the fridge makes loud sounds when cooling.

“A lovely stay!”
+This apartment is so homely and comfortable, I stay here every time I come to Preko now. Location in a sweet, quiet part of town, fantastic view from the balcony across the sea to Zadar. It is manageable and spacious for one or a couple but would be exceptional value for a family. Comfy beds!

“My second stay here”
+The thing I love most is the panoramic view from the balcony across the strait to Zadar. Sat out there night after night. Comfy well-equipped flat, just has a nice feel about it. It was my second stay which says it all :)

“Peaceful haven by the sea but near everything!”
+This was the best part of my trip, and I cannot believe what great value it is. It is such a lovely holiday apartment with a cosy feel, very light and airy and still cool in mid June even without aircon, and the balcony is amazing. I spent loads of time out there. It is very peaceful, just gardens and roofs all around, and you can stargaze or watch the boats for hours. Particularly good to have things like washing machine and outdoor airer, lots of crockery/utensils etc, I did not cook but you could easily do so and stay here a long time. It is on a tiny pretty street a minute’s walk from the sea, five minutes from supermarket and bars. Everyone is friendly, Marina is so helpful and lovely 😊 I wish I was still there!
−Nothing to improve. Be aware when you are finding the apartment the address is not on google maps for some reason, so it is best to look at the map on Booking, which is accurate, and work out where you need to go.

“Чудові апартаменти з класними власниками”
+Чудове розташування, дуже близько до місця куди припливає паром з задара. Дуже близько море, буквально а одній хвилині ходьби. Апартаменти світлі та просторі з великим балконом з видом на острів і море. Є кухня з усім необхідним, що дає можливість готувати їсти) супермаркети також у пішій доступності.
−Хотілося би порадити повісити плотніші штори в одну зі спалень, бажано з ефектом блекаут, бо спати нереально зранку коли встає сонце. Плюс дуже жарко в апартаментах, а кондиціонер є лише в кухні-вітальні, обидві спальні дуже нагріваються вдень і важко спати. Одна зі спалень взагалі з сонячної сторони😔
