+Excellent location a few minutes away from the beach. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and very well equipped for a few days stay

“Everything that’s required for a stay”
+The owner had anticipated every need there was a coffee machine with coffee pods provided. A tea box with different teas . Some grappa as a welcome drink which made my eyes water! Also some chocolate. All included. A large balcony with a sea view. 15 minutes walk from the old town. Near the property there are steps accessing the beach.

“Home from home”
+Loved the location - across the road to the beach, and about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Great accommodation, clean, spacious, lovely balcony, nice touches like welcome grappa and chocolates. Very friendly and helpful host.
−Difficult to locate - look for the house number on a gate, as the property not visible from the road when you're driving.

+Ante and family were very helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome from arrival and occasions we saw them. The apartment is very tidy and comfortable, extremely well equipped. It is a very cosy apartment. Very comfortable bed, great shower room, well equipped kitchen and lovely balcony looking to the coast through the trees. We most certainly would stay again and would happily recommend to family and friends. Thank you Ante. Francis and Anne.

“A wonderful apartment in a safe neighborhood close to beach and easy 15 minute walk to old city marina”
+Nice location. Safe. Close to beach, Marjan park and a couple of museums. Nice beach across the road walking g distance. Beautiful gardens and plants.
−No washer and dryer and oven but it was fine. No big deal.

+Well equiped apartment, nicely decorated and calm. Very clean. Ideal location : 5 minutes walk to the sea, 20 minutes to Split downtown. Very reactive host, who provided us with good plans, and nice surprises. I fully recommend it !

“Pleasant”
+Nice little apartment with everything you need if you are planning to stay outside most of the time. The balcony and the beach that close are perfect. absolutely clean. Good working air condition. Responsive and nice host. Perfect location for Split - far away from all the tourist crowds in the old town but still everything in walking distance and a bus stop in front of the house.
−Unfortunately the gallery next door was playing extremely loud concerts on all 4 nights of our stay which made sleep impossible until 3am in the morning. We booked this place because of the quiet location but got a bad surprise. We wouldn’t dare to come back just because of that.

+Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartement, alles da, was man im Urlaub auch nur irgendwie brauchen könnte, freundlicher Empfang, gute Info/Kommunikation. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Sehr empfehlenswert.
−Split in der Saison sehr überlaufen, Lärm durch Party-Boote etc. kann manchmal sehr störend sein.

+Ubytovanie skvelé, čisté a zodpovedá fotografiám na booking.com. Komunikácia s domácim bez problémov. Nie je čo vytknúť, keď pôjdeme do Splitu, tak sa tu ubytujeme znova. Je to tichá lokalita blízko peknej pláže a je odtiaľ blízko do centra, približne pol hodiny pešo. Páčilo sa nám tu.
