“Great views”
+The place is great. Its clean and everything we need was porvided. Its a short walk (uphill) from the station. Its close to everything.
−The upstairs bedroom have a skylight window that doesnt have blockout blind or curtain. Its directly above the bed. So my daughter has to move downstairs and sleep on the sofa. The pillows are awefully uncomfortable. They are flat as pancake. Wifi is not good. Otherwise, it all ok and perfect.

“Location was great ,st ives is beautiful but wouldn’t book with Cornish escapes again”
+The location was amazing
−The check in time was horrendous, when you’ve been driving 6 hours with 2 children you would think you could request an earlier check in, it’s not 5pm when you stay at a top caravan park, we didn’t even get a call or text to say it was ready we actually took a chance at 4pm it see if it was done and guess what it was, I called previously to say would it be ok to park on the allocated car space but apparently the cleaners hadn’t been, so we parked on the space waiting for the cleaners to move us it never happen, what a bunch of lies

“Comfortable, quiet accomodation, with a great view of the town & harbour from the front door step”
+Excellent location, you can walk to everywhere in the town from there, although the climb up again from the town, harbour and beach is steep. 5 mins walk from the lovely Pothminster beach.
−Not so suitable for young children as the property is on a busy main but narrow main road.

−The adverts for the apartment should have made it clear it had no views and it had a building site a few metres away on the rear of the property. Insufficent mugs. No decent size bowls. Insufficent coasters. No glass bowls for cooking. And saucepans that had seen better days.

“Lovely little clean apartment but could be better.”
+The property was clean and in a great location the kitchen had everything you needed.
−The TV in the main room was very small and there was no TV’s in either bedroom even though there was points for them. The beds was very basic and not very comfortable and the pillows could do with replacing.

+The complimentary items were lovely, plus the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom with the LED lighting was brilliant. My mum was very relaxed and the close proximty to the town was ideal.
−Water pressure in kitchen. Washing machine cupboard didn't fit. ( minor gripes )

“Very good”
−The only issue with the property is the low ceilings in the bathroom. We are average height and found it awkward so it would be very difficult for a tall person. I haven't checked whether this is clear in the listing but if not I think you should consider mentioning it.
