“Great location with a clean, air conditioned apartment. We enjoyed our stay and everything was only a short walk from th”
+Great location and a very roomy apartment. Nice and clean and the washing machine came in very handy
−Property was hard to find as there is no name on the building and no address. Directions get you to the street but without a phot of the entrance, it was hard to find. Eventually a photo was provided through WhatsApp and we found the building. This photo should be provided to the customer once the booking has been confirmed. There is small sticker on the door with the 515 number on it but the apartment number is 17 on the third floor. Although a representative eventually met us at the door, we were looking for the apartment for quite some time before they came. There is also no tea-towel to dry the dishes as there is a kitchenette in the apartment and also no bath mat for the bathroom. These little things can be fixed quite easily and the whole experience would have been excellent.

“Don’t recommend it, only if you must”
+The flat has a good location and is very nicely decorated. Olga was very friendly and helpful
−the flat is FILTHY! The sheets were not changed, they were dirty and smelly. The towels were musty. The floors were very dirty. The SHOWER WAS FULL OF HAIR (not ours). There was not even one roll of toilet paper at the flat. It was a disgusting stay and we had to use our beach towels to cover ourselves during the night. Slept without a pillow because they were stinky too
