−Toilets and wash room was on Third floor, this is the only down side.

“Brilliant for a large family trip!”
+The house was incredibly spacious and perfect for 8 guests! The host Ann is so lovely and even had a cake out for our arrival too! Ann was spot on with communication and was extremely helpful and kind when I asked questions too. The location is perfect for daily activities and the beach view is stunning as well! Would definitely stay here again if we visit Margate again!

“Wonderful stay at Beach Road this weekend”
+We had a wonderful stay at Beach Road this weekend. The property was spacious, comfortable, and in a fantastic location just moments from the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends. What really made the experience stand out was the host. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The house had plenty of space for our group, was clean and well-equipped, and the sea views were a lovely bonus. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Margate. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable

+It was only a minute away from the beach which was an amazing bonus there was juice and cake waiting when we arrived

+Location was amazing, the house was clean and spacious, loads of ideal extras such as beach towels and toys/activities for the kids to play with. Ann was an amazing host that was on hand for loads of tips for places to eat and shop and for local knowledge..

“A family get together staying by the beach to celebrate our daughters wedding .”
+Location was superb :2 minute walk to beach Beds and sofa were really comfortable Kitchen was well equipped Dishwasher. Garden was a bonus . We enjoyed the numerous board games .
−We booked because it said it was 2 bathrooms . It is not a 2 bathroom place it has one bathroom and a cloakroom which are both on the 3rd floor Not enough arm chairs for 8 people in sitting room . No freezer .
