+Ideally centred around everything, Sinisia was a very nice and helpful host, always ready and available to chat with you. The beach house is a few minutes away from 2 beaches and 15 minutes away by foot from the old city.
−Unfortunately my apartment was a little bit small considering the amount I paid, but nonetheless it had everything I needed and it was comfortable and I came in the high season

“A good base to explore split.”
+Property was in a good location but a little run down. Plenty of space in the apartment with 3 bedrooms. Host was very pleasant, welcoming and full of helpful information. Air conditioning only in the living room, fans in the bedrooms. No parking on site but free parking close by (1 minute walk). No fitness centre as in the description. Supermarket just round the corner.
−A little too expensive.

“Brilliant host and brilliant place to stay!”
+The location was perfect, only 30 minutes walk from the centre of the Old town. 5 minutes walk from a local beach and plenty of food and drink options close. The balcony is a great size, 6 of us stayed and we weren’t tight for space at all.

“I recommend this place. It was terrific, seemed to be family-run and therefore personal.”
+Breakfast was not included. The unit had a kitchenette. The apartment/room was exceptionally clean. The host was very nice. He was always available to answer questions and offered advice on what to do and places to eat, etc.
−Sometimes there was a glitch in internet, but this was minor. I have no complaints.

“This will be our go-to place to stay for holidays in Split.”
+My two teens and I really enjoyed our stay at beach house split! The apartment was very comfortable and location is perfect, a few mins walk to the beach, supermarket is round the corner and many restaurants in the area. Sinisa was a very sweet and thoughtful host, flexible with check-in/out if possible; recommended nice restaurants and was available in case of any problems though we didn't have any. A walk to the old town is flat and about 20 mins or Uber (quick and accessible) 5 mins away. We will stay there if we visit Split again and I am recommending it to my friends and family!

“Fantastica Spalato”
+Posizione abbastanza centrale (il palazzo di Diocleziano è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti) ma anche le spiagge sono raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti. Parcheggio privato (posto unico) nel cortile interno.
