+The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the Vatican. With the host’s help, we were able to park for free throughout our entire stay.
−There is a long list of things I didn’t like, but I’ll stick to what I consider basic requirements for any accommodation: - The air conditioning in the bedroom is extremely noisy, loud enough to make it difficult to fall asleep. And if you do manage to fall asleep, the condensate drainage system is guaranteed to wake you up (imagine a power drill drilling into concrete). If you turn the air conditioning off, you can hear the neighbors breathing. Literally. - The smell (some kind of moldy odor) is something you end up carrying with you wherever you go in Rome. It gets into your nose and you just can’t get rid of it. Following the host’s advice, for safety reasons, you cannot leave the windows open while you are out. - The cleanliness is... superficial, to put it as kindly as possible. - Cash payment only.

“Very good location, but apartment needs complete renovation”
+Host was very helpful, attentive and flexible. Solved all our raised issues immediately. Very good in communication. Apartment is in very good location, very close to Vatican. Very easy check-in.
−I should have read some of the other reviews which were true. First impression was shocking as we were met with the cockroach in the kitchen, which i needed to smash with paper towel. And even if the host was super nice and helpful, it does not change the fact that the apartment in reality looks nothing like in the pictures. It begs for renovation, everything had marks of wear and tear. The shower had mold spots everywhere on the caulk, walls and windows. Shower head needs replacement and if someone is using other water sources (kitchen/bathroom sink or toilet) you are not able to shower at all. Also some of the dishes were a bit dirty, so we needed to clean them ourselves. Overall quite unpleasant experience.

“If you are visiting the Vatican and are not too demanding about the apartment, it is ok.”
+The Vatican is within walking distance. There is a good restaurant nearby and a grocery store not far away. The apartment is easy to find and has a secure, closed stairwell.
−The shower cabin requires a very thorough cleaning - there is both persistent dirt and mold. The shower head should also be replaced, as the water flow is very weak, making it very difficult to rinse shampoo out of hair. It was stated that private parking is available, but this was not offered to us - only public street parking, where it is practically impossible to find a spot in the evening. Since our car window was smashed on a nearby street, we had to use a paid underground parking garage, which cost €40 per night.

+Домакинята беше изключително любезна. Закъснях много с настаняването, но тя въобще не направи проблем. Банята е огромна с всякакви удобства. Кварталът е спокоен дори и през вечерта.

−Chybalo vybavenie kuchyna, napr. Pohare na vino, lyzice. Manzelska postel velmi makka, ked sa manzel pohol, hned som bola hore.

+Excellent emplacement, à 5 minutes du Vatican, et bus pour le centre ville quasiment au pied du bâtiment. Trastevere à 20 minutes à pied. Appartement au calme, pas de bruit de circulation. Place de parking possible grâce à la gentillesse de Giulia. Giulia est très réactive et très cordiale, merci !
−La clim dans la chambre est bruyante, on a choisi de l'éteindre et d'avoir un peu chaud pour dormir ! Un voisin assez bruyant aussi par moment...
