“Excellent accommodation but very poor service.”
+Beautiful property, finished to a high standard. Excellent location.
−The communication and service were really poor. We asked for early check in, they said turn up on the day and see if they have availability. Turned early, couldn't even get into the building. Eventually a guest let us in. Messaged the property no response. Sat in reception for 2 hours waiting, not a single member of staff turned up. Eventually a digital key was sent at the usual check in time. Most of the days we were there was no one on reception /staff present at all in the building. Nobody to ask questions or help of any sort. All the guest information is handled via an app which crashed after 1 day. I informed the staff contact via WhatsApp, no response so spent my evenings downloading manuals for all the kitchen equipment so I could cook. A small welcome pack is provided with some basics. When I asked for replacements I was told they were complementary and to go buy more at the shop. I have never had bin bags or washing up liquid rationed before, seems at odds with keeping the place clean. A whole 2 coffee pods were provided for 2 adults for 4 nights. Just seemed unnecessarily mean. It the least I've ever been provided with, even apartments a third of the price have been more

“Absolute Perfection 👌”
+This is, hands down, THE BEST place I’ve ever stayed in!! From having our very own elevator to the top floor, the ginormous balcony, to the luxurious beds in the middle of the bedroom , we had such a fabulous time here! 👌👌👌
−There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like, all was 100% perfecto! The only negative could be we only had 2 nights here!!

+Paola our host was very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and situated perfectly to walk in to the historic center. Great location!
−Nothing, everything was great. One thing to note, as the property is in the historic center, you can't drive up to it. You will need to park in a nearby parking lot (25 Euro / 24 hours) and walk over.

+A swish apartment with private rooftop seating area. The design of the apartment is ideal for 2 couples sharing as each bedroom is separated by the large rooftop terrace with the living area joining them, and each bedroom is ensuite, there is also a WC toilet in the utility room off the kitchen area. It is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The lift enters the apartment directly with security from a code needed to reach this floor, there is also a staircase leading to an exit door (code controlled for entry) onto the floor below I guess in case of emergency exit. The location is ideal, on a 'quieter' street in the centre close to everything.
−Nothing, everything was good, one bedroom is slightly nicer than the other but that is 'splitting hairs' as there is only a smidge between them, both have electronic blinds and patio doors onto the terrace, and there is also a patio door from the main living area.

+The design aesthetic and the location were perfectly matched to our needs. Loved all the natural light, the elegant building and the overall decor.
−The only issue we encountered, which was addressed after the first night, was the lack of central air conditioning. Our first night was rather hot. The staff was able to move us to an apartment with a working air conditioning system and we were comfortably cool for the rest of our stay.
