“Location allowed us to sample lots of parts of Devon”
+Great location, was located in the top half of John Fowler caravan site and situation in a quiet location. Owners were excellant with communication, really helpful advice and allowed early check in
−The caravan needed a good clean and the beds were very uncomfortable , felt like the springs were coming through and as a result developed bruising. Some of the utensils could do with replacing. Only one black bag for a weeks worth of rubbish and the dehumidifier block was full and needed changing

“A nicely situated caravan, once you manage to find it, but it won't exceed your expectations.”
+The location was good and had lovely views at sunset. The main bedroom was a really nice size with plenty of good size drawers and big wardrobes, with hangers. The bed was fairly comfortable too. We were very impressed with the size of the shower, which was roomy and had great water pressure.
−The caravan is very '1990's chique' and quite dated. You will need spare toilet rolls and a bin bag, as spares aren't provided. It is ready for an overhaul and a freshen up.

“A thoroughly enjoyable trip a comfortable home from home, in a great location.”
+Wonderful hosts. Very comfortable home from home. I liked the holiday park, staff and guests were friendly and helpful. I was able to walk to the coast path which has spectacular views. There is a bus stop outside that takes you directly into Brixham, an interesting town with independent shops and lots to see.
−There was a very naughty seagull, who appeared every time I began to prepare food, sadly I was not able to eat on the lovely veranda. I think other guests on site must feed the seagulls and the site would be wise to educate them not to.

−Booking .com advertising as a chalet. This is not accurate. It is a caravan.
