+The appartment is a new build
−The rooms was not cleaned.. Bed linen was dirty (probably used) No toilet tissues rool No kitchen tissue Dust all over in the sofa Tv remote doesn't have battery The appartment number was 178 c.. But they mentioned only 178 number makes confusion.

−Charging customers a £75 cleaning fee when the place is not cleaned, dirty and in some places filthy. They are just pocketing the £75.00 fee

“Horrendous, dirty and dangerous.”
−Door was a struggle to open and was partially seized. Entrance way carpet is stained and dirty (not a great impression). Random items left on the floor or chairs (toilet roll on stairs, kids toy on ironing board, Bottle of water on chair). Towels were dirty, stained and not washed. Excrement in toilets - not cleaned. TV remotes had battery covers missing and without batteries. Thick ice in feezer and needs de-icing - plus left over food left in freezer. Open bag of sugar on the kitchen worktop. Used toiletries products in upstairst bathroom/ bottles with hair on them. Hand-wash was watered down. Cutlery had food stains - not properly washed. Carpets and floors not properly clean. Mould on some windows. Serious H&S Issues - Glass mirrors on desks in bedrooms are not fixed and can easily slide off to cause injury. Downstairs bed slats are loose and move easily when you get into bed, meaning you will fall through as I did and injured my ankle. Downstairs bath, hot water pipe is heating the base of the bath in line with the taps, again this could cause serious injury especially if a small child was in the bath, it would burn their skin.

“Disappointing”
+It was a nice setup and location was good
−Was not cleaned. Eyelashes next to bedside table. Hair stuck on upstairs bedroom wall. Fridge still had food in. Towels still in dryer. Bed slats collapsed each night

“Good value basic accommodation”

−Actually No. 178C rather than 178, would have been good to know before we got there. Maybe give What 3 Words location.

+Free parking and good bus service to Bristol City Centre Quiet location
−When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned, and we had to contact the owner to get fresh bedding and towels (We hoovered the place ourselves ) We found the information sheet on the second day hidden on top of the fridge freezer but it had very little information on it (Nothing about Bin collection and recycling) Someone else had written the same on the sheet The upstairs shower room fan didn't work at all and the flush on the loo didn't work properly Posh coffee maker but no side tables to put cups on Beds for 6 people but only 1 sofa in lounge ??? The renovation is quite new but it's becoming tatty We can only think that the owner has not visited for some time Or that they don't care!! We have said before that owners should spend a few nights living in their properties to see what is needed

−The downstairs bedroom could do with a more thorough clean in the corners. Minor issue.
