+Location, location, location. Environment was great.
−Severe problem with shower. At full volume the shower water overflowed into the bathroom. Only answer was to reduce volume of water. Not the best idea. Mattress was extremely hard. Need softer pillows.

+Amazing place! Just book it without hesitation. This beautiful open-plan apartment is located in a historic building and features a tasteful blend of antique furniture, Art Deco elements, and a love of music. Everything was spotless, and you can really feel the five-star inspiration and attention to detail throughout. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the walk-in shower was excellent. The bathroom has been beautifully renovated, and the stone flooring adds a touch of elegance. It was very helpful to read the previous reviews before booking, and I found them to be completely accurate. The area and neighbourhood are lovely, making it a wonderful place to stay. +Staying in a 16th-century palace in the historic city of Lecce was an unforgettable experience for us. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. Our hosts provided us with information on where to find free parking, and then they came to pick us up and take us to the apartment. My initial reaction when they opened the door was...oh my God! This is extraordinary! The place is stunning; every detail was tastefully curated. There were fresh flowers, local pastries, and they had provided a bottle of red, white, and rosé wines, as well as everything we needed for cooking. We absolutely loved this place; four nights gave us a wonderful introduction to Lecce, but we want to return, and if we do, we will certainly come back to Laura and Nino's apartment. They made our stay truly memorable, and the venue is simply breathtaking. Thank you!

+Laura is a wonderful host. She and her husband Nino picked us up from the bus station . The appartment is beautiful and furnished thoughtfully to match the history of the building . Welcome touches such as pastries and wine made our experience very special . Lecce is well worth the visit . Lively and full of history.
