“Palermo and Sicily in general are spectacular. We will definitely return to Sicily.”
+The location is close to the historic center. The apartment is equipped according to the description. The owner is kindly.
−The unbearable smell of sewage from the apartment. Very noisy street at any time. The water pumps are located in the building's staircase, on the bedroom wall. So, we had noise from all directions.

+The flat was very clean and its facilities were good. Although the building was old, most of the items in the apartment were new and well-maintained. (such as having air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area)
−Since the flat was on the ground floor, there was a damp smell (even though good precautions were taken).

+The property has some technical problem, and they charge me without staying But the problem was solved very fast and refunded was done ✔️ So ld like in a future to have a stay as they are new on the booking and the apartment looks very comfy 😊

+Appartement en rez-de-chaussée. Fonctionnel, propre, sécurisé.
−Vieux quartier pas très engageant, sale. Bac à douche glissant. Peu de possibilité d'aération (1 seule fenêtre donnant sur la rue) donc odeur de renfermé.

+Posizione abbastanza centrale nei pressi della stazione . Appartamento abbastanza pulito con regolare cambio di biancheria
−La zona è degradata con immondizie ad ogni angolo e un forte tasso d'immigrazione per lo più indiani. Lento lo scarico nella doccia e nel vater non è possibile buttare la carta igienica. Il terrazzo non esiste Si tratta in realtà di uno sgabuzzino maleodorante molto umido. La casa va ben arieggiata per evitare puzzo di umidità che altrimenti è costante. R

+Departamento impecable y muy cómodo. La cocina completa. El propietario muy atento, nos dejó café y disponible para lo necesario. El baño grande y limpio. La habitación súper cómoda. Volvería sin dudas!
