“The location was great.”
+The location was excellent, close to the city centre. The bathroom was clean & It was very useful to have a fridge & washing machine available.
−The apartment was very ‘tired’ in an old dark converted building. It smelled of smoke & there did not appear to be any wifi. The internet reception was very slow. My midnight check in was stressful as the property wouldn’t send me my door code until I uploaded further ID & then once inside the building there were no instructions as to which apartment it was.

“Didn't happen”
+Nothing
−Only communication with the property was to tell me that they couldn't accommodate my booking, after taking payment when it was too late to cancel & that was only because I contacted them to get the keys

“Horrendous. Avoid avoid avoid!”
+Due to issues encountered. Nothing positive to report.
−Bad odour throughout the flat & place was unclean. Poor communication & access instructions. Stayed 5 minutes, as accommodation was unacceptable. Struggling to get our money back.

“It is what it is.”
+WiFi, TV, kitchenette and washing machine.
−Check-in was confusing. As per the name of the accommodation - you get a basic one bed apartment which is certainly not for everyone, especially if you like modern hotels.

“Very good”
+Location was perfect.
−I did not receive any clear info before my departure. Once in Aberdeen I found out my reservation was cancelled, but luckily, I was upgraded and got another property.

“Good”
+This place is as advertised: basic, one bed, comfy apartment. The location was excellent, really easy to get to the train, airport, groceries and centre of town. The room was on the smaller side, but was fine for the week we stayed there. The many mirrors were actually fantastic! You get what you pay for.
−Apart from the small size, a couple of little extra amenities like a hair-dryer and dish towel for drying would have been great. It was also unclear which apartment we were staying in - we had try several locks before finding the apartment. Would be good to add a detail either on the key or during the pre-check-in communication.

“Give it a miss”
+Wouldn't recommend, place was filthy. There was a used nicotine pouch container on the bedside drawers, someone else's dirty shorts in the closet. The place smelled bad. Dirt and grime in the cutlery tray Never seen anything like it. Couldn't stay for the whole week, ended up booking a nice hotel.
