“Good spot if you want to be right in downtown Banff, some disappointing things”
+Close to restaurants and shops
−The rooms and bathroom were small, it was a noisy location - rubbish truck outside windows at 8am, trains tooting constantly throughout the night, couldn’t watch anything on the tv unless you paid for it, someone opened our door with the PIN code but we had it locked from the inside at 9.30am- no knock or voice to ask if we were in- bit strange

“Absolutely loved this apartment. As a family of 5 adults it was perfect. Easy walk to all shops, bars and restaurants. W”
+Central location fantastic. Huge bedrooms, beautiful beds and linen. Lovely bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Great view over the town. Staff very helpful and friendly.
−Parking was challenging. I recommend researching free parking prior

+Great location. Very central and easy to get to.
−Surprised there was no parking with the room. Had to move the vehicle twice a day every day to comply with parking rules of the town.

“Great Location in the center of Banff. Clean accommodations but Small Living Space”
+The location was perfect and the 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms were well kept and spacious.
−Living space was extremely small for a 3 Bedroom apartment. The living room only had 1 sofa which sat 3 adults. There was a dining table with 6 chairs. However, for a 3 Bedroom that accommodates 6 adults we were shocked at the limited living space. Also, the electrical outlets did not work above the counter that houses the dishwasher. Parking was expensive at $60/nite adjacent to the property but independent operator.

“Location, location, location...to the exclusion of everything else.”
+The location could not be beat as a base for our excursions to Icefields Parkway, Lakes Louise & Moraine, and Sulphur Mountain. Located in the center of town - the same square block as the Cascade Shops Mall and IGA - it was a short walk to the bus stop, train station, and every type of restaurant imaginable. The kitchenette was spacious, and had most everything you might need. If location is everything to you, to the exclusion of everything else, this is your place.
−Expensive: $1,000+/night USD for a cramped 2br/2ba apt the size (and look) of a typical American extended stay suite. No space: The bedrooms were so tight, with no closet space, all clothing & luggage had to remain in the living room. Ceilings were low in the corners, causing many banged heads. Parking challenges: $60/day in any Banff garage, except no vehicle larger than a small SUV/pickup will fit. Street parking is free 8pm-8am, then simply unavailable during the day near the apt building. We found a side street several blocks away where parking was free during the day...if you could luck into a spot. No washer/dryer, although there was a coin laundry a block away.
