“Great spot, fantastic apartment, neighborhood is changing”
+Perfect location if you want to spend some time among locals. The rooftop terrace is an amazing spot in the early morning and the evenings, for the midday heat the 2nd level terrace is best.
−Not an issue per se but gentrification is ongoing in Cabañal, with parts of the neighbourhood currently undergoing construction and redevelopment (October 2026).

+Location is very convenient, it's 5 mins away from the beach and 3 mins away from the tramway and buses, the house is great with lots of space, the terrace is very attractive, the host is responsive and attentive to requests

−Pillows too soft and lumpy and tiny. No TV downstairs in lounge. No hand soap in any bathroom.

“great house not far from the beach”
+Excellent location in Cabanyal. The house is close to the beach (5-7 mins walk). The neighbourhood is colourful, with a mix of tourists and locals. The house is very big and plenty of space. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen, living room with a working space as well as a shower with a wc and standing shower. On the first floor, you have a master bedroom with a separate bathroom (wc and bathtub). The water pressure is less strong here than on the shower downstairs, but manageable for a quick shower. There is plenty of wardrobes and space for storage in the master unit. Then on the second floor you have a nice bright space for TV and the first terrace. There is also a balcony. Then from the first terrace, you have yet another open terrace is was great to enjoy in February. Overall, my stay was excellent. The house had all you needed (well equipped kitchen, sufficient towels, toilet paper). Sure, maybe some renovations here and there could be useful. But overall you feel comfortable and welcome. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible with the check in/out. I appreciated it a lot. If you choose Cabanyal, it is a great option to consider.
−Overall excellent stay. The staircase leading to the upper terraces should be maintained regularly. It was a bit shaky/wobbly. Some deep cleaning in the bathroom areas could also beneficial. Nonetheless, overall clean and superb house to share.

+La situation géographique, la surface du logement, la propreté.
−Dans l'annonce, il est indiqué (deux fois) "bains à remous". Il n'y en a pas. Le lave-linge ne fonctionait pas (mais il n'était pas indiqué dans la liste des services disponibles). La rue est très bruyante la nuit : voisins dans la rue, poubelles (à 2h00 du matin !), ...

+Casa bellissima e molto grande, fresca e moderna, ottima posizione vicina al mare
−Un sabato sera normale, ci mettiamo a letto per dormire e sentiamo musica ad alto volume per tutta la notte dalle 2 di notte fino alle 8 di mattina, va bene fare festa ma cosi è stato troppo e non siamo riusciti a dormire per niente. Mancavano le cose per lavarci e la spugna per lavare i piatti

+A ház közel van a tengerparhoz. Sok étterem, kávézó van a környéken. A konyha jól felszerelt.
−Sajnos csótányok voltak a házban. Mindkét oldalon roma családok laknak, akik nagy koszt hagynak maguk után az utcán, ráadasul minden második este buli volt és hajnalig kiabáltak a ház előtt. Ez nagyon zavaró volt, alig lehetett tőlük aludni.
